Im beyond pleased with this location. Outstanding customer service, and quick turnaround time! I had made an appointment online for the Pep Boys on Alafaya to get 4 new tires on my truck. When I arrived, the gentleman told me my appointment wasnt showing up because their online scheduling system isnt accurate, that he didnt have enough staff to change my tires that day, and was kind of rude about rescheduling me. So I left, called up this Pep Boys location and Ron told me to come on in and they would install new tires for me. No questions asked (other than what tires I needed). Mind you, I called about 2 1/2 hours before they closed - Id consider that cutting it close by asking to have four new tires installed. When I arrived, Ron was very welcoming, had my truck immediately on the alignment machine while another technician went to grab my new tires from the Alafaya Pep Boys, and had me out of there in less than an hour. When my truck was finished, Ron went over the cost with me, and told me about a few things that should have my attention soon with my truck. However, I wasnt hounded about them fixing those issues. He simply just brought them to my attention and left it at that. Most shops will argue with you until theyre blue in the face about them fixing those issues right then and there. All in all, Im extremely pleased and will definitely be back in the future. I highly recommend this Pep Boys location!

Yesterday I pulled out of my driveway and found I had a flat tire. I figured I would go ahead and replace three. A friend of mine recommended I went to the Pep Boys off of Lake Jessup in Oviedo. I already had my oil changed by one of their guys, Ryan, who was patient and educated me about my car. When I arrived, I was greeted and was given full attention by Ron, the manager, and his staff. Although my car and tires were at home, they explained to me what I needed to do to have my car on the road the next day. So I went home and got my tires and had the Boys take care of them. Not only were their customer service awesome, they were patient, informational, and efficient. If you need an oil change done or your tires taken care of these guys set the standard!

They could not properly diagnose a car if it was spelled out in the owners manual. They were about to charge my brother in law $1000 to replace parts that were not broken. There was a vacuum leak through the brake booster. They tried to tell me that it couldnt be the problem. I got the car running in the parking lot and replaced the brake booster at my house and the car runs perfectly. They wanted to fix a vacuum leak by replacing the power steering pump, the wheel cylinders, and the master cylinder; non of which have anything to do with vacuum.I checked all of the components they wanted to replace, and all of them were in perfect functioning condition. They are either frauds or morons.

great guys I have been coming there for 5 years Jason and ron are great there honest I was little dispointed when pepboys inquire the company but I come for the guys not the name if it was the name I would stay away pepboys with the new store around the corner and clip boards selling stuff before you get in the store what a joke my guys are not like that thats y I tell all my friends and family to go to them,,i am big in Oviedo,,,

Great service when it mattered most! Late Thursday night my 1999 Montero Sports radiator sprung massive leak an overheated in Mitchell Hammocks afternoon traffic jam. Rolled it in the shop and they were able to find the hard to find radiator and hoses, and got me back on my way home in about 1.5 hours. I was able to be at work the next morning at 0600 for a job-critical appointment. They saved my job!! THANK YOU!!

I needed a (blown) radiator replaced asap and the team at this PepBoys were very professional, courteous, and quick. They were transparent in their service and applied decent amount of discount to the total. I would highly recommend this place! PS: the dealership I usually go gave me a time 5 days later whereas I did a walk in here.

Went in for an alignment on my leveled truck and needed to install a part to adjust camber. Tried to charge me "at least an hour" of labor for something it would take me 15 minutes to install in my driveway, this was also after he quoted me less to do it. Told them to just give me my truck back and left.

I am a 21 year old male, and the owner treated me like he would any guy who is 50. The power was out and he still offered to come look at my car and diagnosed the problem immediately. Nice Guy, and great service. Ill be sure to take my car there for anything I need from now on. Thanks Guys, great work.

I came in to fix my flat tire. Patched it up for $25, the most expensive Ive ever had to pay. Maybe because I came from Texas and it has always been free or $5 at most. A friendly service guy helped me. Friendly service but Ill try to find elsewhere to patch my flat tire next time.

Great service and fair pricing. Most of these guys have been here at the Oviedo location for years, even back when the facility was a Big 10 Tires. You can feel comfortable sending your kid or wife here knowing theyll be treated well. Its business done the right way.

Honest and fair mechanics with straightforward pricing and convenient hours. However, their labor rate is very high compared to smaller independent shops. If you dont mind paying a little extra for straightforward, quick car repairs I would highly recommend this place.

The guy at the register (Ron) is the biggest douchecanoe I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Unless you like being talked down to with condescending tones. I will NEVER give them my business again! Also watch out for upcharges and unnecessary work.
