If I could give ZERO Stars I would. I have rented from many storage facilities in my 48+ years but have never been subjected to worse possible service than with Sentry stor all. For no reason they pad locked my business equipment one morning even though I auto pay with a credit card and had been billed only a few days before they locked up my unit. When I asked someone to help me they said "The office opens at 10am!" and then followed that with "I will call the Police on you!". Then I left and got another rude call from some woman and never once did they offer any apology and finally cussed me out and hung up on me calling me "ignorant". LMAO

Horrible customer service. The office is never open. Do not get a locker from them unless you want a hassle and no customer service at all
