Horrible, Sold us a lemon adyer over 20 years of serving me and my family. We bought a car from them and it had so many issues. Needs a new motor. The head gasket is bad. We have literally invested almost another 1,000.00 we had to cough up just to get the car to run. My family have bought cars before but this car wasnt even in a sellable condition. They werent even honest with us that it had so many problems. My fiance took it and dropped it off and they said they would make it right well Alex called and told my fiance that they werent going to do anything about it. I will not ever recommend a car from them cause its apparent you will need more money to soak into it. So far my fiance has put the following into the car: Rear calipers, rear pads, rear rotors, front rotors, front pads, thermostat and gasket, timing belt and waterpump component kit, radiator, Coolant

Straightforward, honest, quick, skilled...these guys do it right. Best example, I had a radiator fluid leak and they upgraded my water pump, replaced my timing belt and got things running smooth with no cost to me simply because there was a chance the problem may have arisen from a bad gasket on a part they installed previously. Could have taken me for a massive ride, but instead, took responsibility for something that may or may not have been their fault and did all the repair work and provided new parts for free. I recommend this shop to everyone for everything automotive related.

I brought an 07 Pilot in to them that was making a very loud squeaking sound on one of the belts and told them I wanted them to replace the belt for me. They called me the next day and said that they couldnt replicate the squeaking and the belt looked fine. We chalked it up to the change in humidity. They could have easily done the work and charged me for it and I never would have known the difference. Its very clear that this business operates at the highest levels of integrity and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of automotive repair.

My wife and I are car enthusiasts so when we have a problem we cant figure out we drop by Ruarks. The advise along with the repairs have been spot on. Ive had everything from my 56 chevy to our Escalde worked on by Ruarks and never a problem. 3 years ago we were looking at a hefty repair bill but were advised the vehicle would continue to be a maintenance issue due to the conditions of Morrow County roads. The advise was to get a new car rather than repair. Thank you. Im on my way in with my Impala SS now with no fear that ill be treated honestly.

Ruark & Sons is a trustworthy and honest repair shop. We had our 03 Odyssey in for a diagnostic test because the engine sensor light had come on. Alex was able to check out the car and was up front with the results of the tests. His candor and honesty makes it easy for me to bring my vehicles to him and know that I will be receiving superior service! I cannot recommend them enough!
