Christian Brothers went above and beyond when our teen daughters car broke down recently on Roper Mtn. Rd. Phillip WALKED several blocks to where she was to assess what was going on for us then had her return to the store with him while she waited on the tow truck. On a day that was close to 100 degrees, it was nice for her to get into the AC and they even provided her with a drink, snack and free wifi. This extra measure gave me peace of mind that she was taken care of when we couldnt get to her fast enough. They will always get my automotive business and referrals!

My car hasnt even been completely serviced yet BUT Im soOo SATISFIED with the customer service experience that it warrants an IMMEDIATE review (and while I have the time since often we dont stop to praise but certainly will to complain). Anyway, the guys here are great! My time is being valued, my comfortability matters, and the guys have gained my complete buy-in on what needs to be done and WHY. Would def do business again!

Leaving for the beach I get 3 miles on the way and I find I have a screw in my tire. On a recommendation from family I swing into Christian Brothers Automotive fully expecting a 2 hour wait time. Michael was amazing! My car was immediately on the lift and I was finished in 20 minutes! Could not believe the level of service by this staff! He even changed my fob battery before I was on my way! Amazing!

The people at CBA were so kind and very clearly explained what problems my car was having and exactly how they would recommend fixing them. I was never pressured to do a ridiculous amount of repairs that werent necessary and everything cost exactly what they quoted. The best part is now my car feels great! I will definitely be using CBA again in the future.

Yall- i needed my tires rotated and aligned. They took care of it super quickly and even took me home to rest while I was waiting!!! ( shuttle service!) THEN I knocked my side mirror off my car.... these guys fixed it immediately . I wont be using any other automotive place - Im a customer for life. Amazing work - even better service

Phillip and the crew at christian brothers did an amazing job! Our a/c was broken in the middle of July in SC! We were steaming! Christian brothers fixed it up and my 3 year old said i want to give that man a hug that fixed our air conditioning haha! Great place great workers great experience!
