I wish I could leave no star. We asked for a radiator repair. We took it in on a Wednesday and was promised a fix by Thursday because the man purchased the wrong radiator we had to wait until Friday. The man refused any compensation for his and delay. On Friday we asked for a test drive and was denied a test drive and told pay first. We paid and our test drive was us leaving. Saturday morning while business is closed on the weekend. The radiator had a heart attack and radiator fluid filled the street. The automobile was instantly inoperable. Monday morning thinking we were going to be aided well we called and waited five minutes on hold to speak with a rude mechanic who tried to blame us for his error. He made us feel uncomfortable to return to repair and threatened to charge us more. We disputed repair charge with our bank and are seeking help with another shop with a goal to get fixed by Wednesday. Yes a week to fix a radiator. The man also had an issue with that we were a married couple and that a wife should not speak up.

He referred me to a car dealer for a purchase and a body shop for repairs and then advocated for me with both companies when they were not treating me fairly. Above all, Keith is trustworthy which is so important when you are spending money on car repairs. He has spent countless hours researching problems on my cars and then charging me nothing. Bexley Automotives is a great place. It is an independently/locally-owned ma and pa kind of place, the people are so nice and thoughtful, and they wont ever try to gouge you. A couple of times I have brought my car in for something that was a quick fix and they didnt even charge me anything. They have made the Angies List almost every year. I moved to the other side of town, but I still havent found a place that I trust as much as them with our cars. Soooo, I end up driving all the way to Bexley to get our cars fixed. Pain in the butt, but it is worth it.

At Bexley Auto Repair Center, they are honest, reliable, thorough, punctual, professional and helpful. My husband and I have been taking our cars to Keith for over 10 years. I dont know anything about cars, so I appreciate having a mechanic keeps track of maintenance tied to mileage (e.g. 60,000 mile checkup) and who test drives the car after every oil change to see how it drives and to listen for new noises. The few times our cars werent driveable, he took care of us right away. Dawn, who schedules appointments, is very good, as are the rest of the mechanics.

A friend recommended me here and now I will not go to another mechanic. These guys dont nickel and dime you and are helpful to customers who may not have the most knowledge about cars (like me). They have been able to help me with just about everything. The best thing about the place is that I trust them to not only keep my repairs under budget, but also to do an amazing job. I recently had my sideview mirror sideswiped while parked on a south bexley street. I called up Bexley Automotive to see if they could help. Not only were they very professional and very responsive, but they tracked down a replacement part and fixed my sideview mirror within 24 hours and charged me a very reasonable price. My wife and I have been using Bexley Auto Repair Center for over a decade. Weve never been disappointed. The owner, Keith, is above reproach. If Keith says you need new brakes, you definitely do. There have been numerous times weve suspected a problem, shared it with Keith and hell tell us were okay. Best Shop in Columbus Area - Keith and the staff are the best mechanics youll ever find. My wife and I have been customers for over 5 years and will be until we stop driving cars. Honest, Professional, and On-Time service work. Only downside is its not a huge shop, so make an appointment, they stay busy because theyre good and people come back to them when needed.
