This morning I noticed that my water heater was leaking. I frantically searched for a plumber that was open on Saturdays.... (not an easy find!) Thanks to the previous people that wrote reviews, I decided to give Elite Plumbing Services a call. I called around 3:30 pm on a Saturday. Josh answered my call and was at my house within the hour! He gave me a free estimate and once I agreed, he was able to complete the project the same day! He thoroughly explained what he needed to do, let me know and got my approval if anything needed to be added to the initial estimate (two small cheap items in my case) and did a fantastic job! Im so thankful that he was able to fix my problem on a Saturday! I will definitely use him for all of my future plumbing needs because hes friendly, honest, very reasonably priced and available 24/7! Thank you Josh!!!!

Josh was able to respond in less than two hours on a Saturday. Our kitchen sink faucet failed, so instead of waiting to order parts, he took me to Home Depot and I picked out the replacement myself. We returned home and he installed it, and checked to make sure it worked properly. He noticed our hot water was way too hot (which I had also noticed but had been putting off) and took the time to turn the temperature down on the hot water heater. Personally, I very rarely write online reviews, but rely on them when making decisions. That being said, as a new homeowner, Josh and Elite Plumbing Services will be my go-to!!

I couldnt be happier with the service that Josh and Luke provided. I was out of town on business when our water heater failed. Josh explained the problem with our old water heater to my wife and then did the same with me while I was between flights. The work was done professionally and Josh made sure that I didnt have any questions before he left. He even called back later in the evening to make sure that there were no problems. He stressed that I could call him 24/7 if we had any problems. Our plumber from now on!
