Its basic math people, Stop giving these guys high reviews for scamming If charter can offer UNLIMITED internet in major cities so can these guys. Let me break down the math to how bad these guys scam Lets go with the "STREAMER & GAMER PLAN" 700GB=700,000 Megabyte *8 (Convert Bytes to Bits) 5,600,000 Megabits per Month Divide that number by 30 to show your daily limit 186,666 Megabits per Day Divide that number by 24 to show your hourly limit 7,777 Megabits per Hour Divide that number by 60 to show your minute limit 129.629 Megabits per Minute Divide that number by 60 to show your second limit 2.16 Mbps connection is what you really get for the month (Note that by the time we were down to MINUTES we were already over our monthly data cap So even if you only used your WHOLE internet connection 1 minute per hour your data usage would be 8,640,000 and your monthly limit was 5,600,000.. $105 a month to use your internet LESS then 1 minute per hour at the full 200 MBPS. Now tell me what Gamer/Streamer only plays 1 minute per hour?

(Prior CableOne subscriber of two years) I am about to move to Bartlesville, so i figured i would get my appointments setup early for services, When i talked to this company, and told them I was a former subscriber I was welcomed, but the second I mentioned I am currently an AT&T subscriber , the whole game changed, the Cableone rep got rude, and very short, even though I was calling to setup service, I was snapped out and explained at how "crappy and slow" AT&T service is. I said whoa please slow down, Im pricing and researching before I make a decision, and do not need the snide remarks. ( I work in computer networking and the agent attempted to talk down to me like I had no idea about any of what the terminology meant. Needless to say the same horrible customer service I had will not get me signed up again. I recommend you checking out all your options and I suggest this be your last choice, worst case scenario.

They talk a good game, but deliver.... NOT SO MUCH. Good connection speed but had enough down time to make up for ATT&Ts DSL slowdowns. Promise 20 emails, but when confronted with questions, cant use those emails as "throw aways". Too much spam coming in, they block all your accounts. With that information, decided to not to move my business accounts to them. Called their tech support, asked about a specific modem before I bought it, was told it was good. Tried to use it durring setup, was rejected. Now offering it on E bay. Customer support people seem to be reading scripts rather than interacting with clients, even though I specified that Yes or NO would be a valid answer. Now guess who will NOT be my isp next month! Enough Said?

We just recently moved from middle east Nowata County Ok. from a valley where we had to use a dish. It was better than dial up, but now that weve moved here and are able to get Cable One, we are elated! Much faster than Hughes Net, and a lot more dependable. Were completely satisfied with you and also the kind friendly service man that came after weve been on a short time. We mistakenly called in for help, he got here and explained that the trouble was not your line, but the one which the owners had before us. Weve definitely been pleased with your company. ( And by-the-way: You that complain; remember: you can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar! Remember that.),lol

Horrible service. Its ridiculous that they have a data cap in the first place, much less that theyre falsifying the data usage. I went over my data cap one month, then the next month I was out of town for 2 weeks and still apparently used roughly the same amount of data. I live alone, everything was turned off, and my wifi is secure... On top of that, why am I having to pay fees like a franchise fee and a sports fee? Isnt that why Im buying cable in the first place? Thats the responsibility of the company.

Alot of problems with signals hard to get service techs here whene have problems internet is very week way too much money for what you get and only being open four days aweek and only til five makes it extremely hard to to get thing s like remotes or whatever when you work a regular work week have to use your lunch or something just to get there to get what you need how come cox offers so much more for a whole lot less????

Cable one offers amazing deals and you wouldnt think twice to buy in. It was great until around this year when they decided to go with the Comcast route and announce data caps and Im pretty sure Im getting constantly throttled since my Internet drops to 1.5mbs every ten to thirty minutes daily. Get your act together everyones Internet had been out for half a day announce something publicly.

Terrible service. Cable one says it is 100 MBS. My neighbor having 8 MBPS AT&T which is way faster than what im using and my apartment is not gonna get ATT speed. That is the only reason why i have stick with Cableone. Bad customer service Dont know how long do i have to stick with this terrible service

I had been having a problem with streaming on our new tv and just assumed I need a bigger data package. When I called to do this the customer service rep, Lewis, talked me through what to try instead of selling me something I didnt need. I appreciate an honest company that puts its customers first.

If your TV goes out on Friday after 5:00pm you are out of luck until sometime next week. I have never seen a company with such bad service standards. You ought to be ashamed, no after hours call outs. 1 star only because you cant go to zero
