18 Years with this provider and one of my Motorola HD boxes went to Cable Box Heaven. Send my daughter to the service ctr Coles. They take the box and tell her "We no longer use Motorola ...have to switch to TIVO Box. Calls Sales" Call Service and am on hold for 1/2 hour. Yep, tech has to come out to hook box. Its an upgrade. WT HECK...I just want my BROKEN issue fixed...I pay the monthly charge for REPAIRS. Rep. tells me theyll waive the SERVICE CALL...$50..to UPGRADE. I say....I"M NOT UPGRADING and I have paid monthly to have things fixed....Rep. says, rather perfunctorily, we ll waive the SERVICE CALL FEE. ME....why would there be a FEE if I pay for equipment REPAIR? Rep. Well be waiving the fee. Why dont I feel special about them WAIVING a FEE I am not required to pay? So, Its Wednesday July 5 The first available appt is MONDAY July 10. 18 years and its time to move on. I asked for a promotional rate once and they told me Im a month to month customer....really...for 18 years? Things have deteriorated in the last five years. I have always given them a positive when social media question on providers is asked. ..thats changing and Im looking for a REAL UPGRADE from another provider...but not ATT.

I would give it 0 if I can. 60mb internet work nice when WORKs !!!! Constantly went down for few mins and came back up for few mins and down again. Believe me. I tried PC. Mac. Android is the same time. All down. Called in. All they told me is. I dont see any problem. Let me reset ur service. Maintenance guy cut my common wire for sprinkler system. Called in many times. They dont care. Turn out I have to spend 175 dollars hire someone to find it and fix it. Finally I installed AT&T while I still in contract with entouch. This is so sad. Beware people. This is not internet SERVICE. This is torture. I check my neighbor who recently I stalled entouch. Now he is paying me 20 dollars a month to share my wifi password.

If i could rate a 0 I would! cable constantly went in and out, DVR recording was all pixelated, and certain channels had no sound consistently! Then when we wanted to cancel our service they said we could drop off our cable box or mail it in but they were out of boxes. My wife and I work full time during the week so we couldnt drop it off at their office hours so when we finally got off early to drop it off they said that we were charged for our cable for the week that we had our cable shut off but couldnt turn our box in even though the cable was shut off a week! Absolute garbage!

After 12 years using their services with ok service and support as long as I was the squeaky wheel I switched to ATT. Cut my bill in half and got close to same service. I would probably have stayed if they could have lower my cost.

Worst service Ive had in 11-years. Lost connection, waiting for Tivo, few more minutes, etc. I would not recommend them unless there is no other alternative,

Make sure you dont waste any money on this crappy internet service. The internet goes out every weekend and it is extremely frustrating. Screw this company.
