I would give them zero stars if I could. I called to cancel my order almost immediately after putting it in. The lady that I spoke with on that day (the 4th.) said that it would be canceled and I would not be charged. Checked my bank account today (the 11th) and they charged me, not only had the charged me but had not even got in contact to set up an installation appt? So I call the customer service line and shes like oh yah Im so sorry so you just want refunded? Yes. Well then after about 5 min on hold she comes back to tell me that I will have to call back on the 14th of the month to get my refund because they cant process it right now.

These guys have the worst customer service!! I called the local office and when it says push "0" for operator, it just hangs up on you. If you put in an extension it says it cant recognize that #. The customer service center says they will get your appointment reset because someone entered the wrong phone number to contact me, but failed to do so. Next day called back and oh, well the next appointment time is 3 days away. Mind you they already took my money last week. Now, they say they will call me back and let me know if they can get my service turned on today. LOL. I am holding my breath. What a joke!

This internet service is the "best" in the area, but if the competitor CFU was offered here I would switch. This service is down once a week and its hard to run a business when the internet is down. Im thinking about setting up a phone service hotspot, due to the inconsistency of this service. I would recommend this to anyone in the Waterloo area.

Fast & friendly. Just swapping out a modem that quit working. Only down side is I had to drive 2 hours to get it or wait 4 days for them to bring it.
