After being lied to by multiple managers and associates; having a technician literally break my outlet and wall; having to stay home from work 6 days to have technicians incessantly come rebreak and fix my stuff THEN finding out that we were lied to about pricing as well, I have switched to AT&T forever moving forward. After a 15 year customer between myself and partner, we will not be returning and will be making everyone we know aware of that they should switch from Cox too. Not having managers held accountable for their promises or lies and having absolutely no willingness to fix issues your company created, I will do everything in my power to make sure others know to avoid your business.

Look, the truth is, Cox has the best internet service you can get. If your service is slow or spotty, there is a problem with the wire from the pole to your house or with your modem/computer. The real issue is price. Cox is gonna charge whatever the market will bear and if you want the fastest service, you have to pay for it. We dropped the bundle and continued our internet service with Cox because it is the best/fastest. For TV, go with that little round thing on the roof; its cheaper and just as good as cable TV (and who still has a phone connected to the wall, anyway?).

This is my first time using Cox and on two separate occasions needing to talk to a representative Ive opted to stop into the store instead of trying to call or use online customer service and I am SO glad I did. The guys at this location provide excellent customer service. Both times they went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and was satisfied walking out. I really appreciate the fact that they make a large company like Cox feel like working with a small local business.

Very disappointed. I moved here back in September and ive been running at .29 mbts download speed since I got it. I specifically told them I dont want a contract because I will only be here 10 months and so they put me on a contract until August 2018 anyways. Do not listen to them when they tell you flex watch wont effect your bill because it does.

Decent internet service. Must have your own decent modem and router to get speeds close to what you are paying for. Out of all the corrupt ISPs out there I would say cox is the least corrupt. Also they will send you garbage junkmail begging you to upgrade in service or buy their tv/phone package.

They claim they are open on Sunday from 11 to 5. Drove across town to deal with an issue and surprise, nobody there. Called, and nothing, no message saying that they were closed or anything. One more reason Cox is a pain to deal with.

Other than having problem with the billing department they were very helpful and got me exactly what I wanted within my price range. I enjoy a whole bundle option, HDTV, DVR, Internet, Telephone and can add security anytime.
