Ive had to go to this location 4 times in the last 3 weeks. The first time was to replace a box that was obsolete. Dont know why they couldnt mail it to me like they did the first one but whatever. I went one day and they said they were out so I had to go back another day. Finally gave me the box but it turned out they gave me the wrong thing and gave me the exact thing I was there to replace. I had to go back a third time. When I went back, one of the employees was watching TV on one of the demo TVs. He had it turned up all the way and facing him. I had to turn it down to hear the lady that was helping me speak. When I picked up the box, it rattled so they gave me another one (luckily before I left). But, that box didnt work. I went back a fourth time. The lady helping me seemed put off that she had to give me a box. Someone had again turned up one of the demo TVs to listen to music.

Its pretty ridiculous that there are not any other providers in my area. Being forced to use Time Warner Cable is worse than being forced to drink milk that has been expired for 2 months. Their customer service sucks and the quality sucks. Half the time the internet is down and cannot be used. When you do get through to someone to speak to on the phone you cannot understand a word they are saying AND they jack up the prices after 1 year. I understand that most companies will do this, but $60+ a month is NOT worth crappy internet and crappy customer service. TWC is awful.

I had to wait more than a week to have my service transferred to my new home. They also gave me the wrong information several times increasing the delay. First they told me it could be transferred immediately so I called back three days later when we actually moved. Then they told me I would have to have a service technician and their next available appointment was more than a week away..

Went in to restore my service after having alot of issues trying to get it paid to then show my receipt the employee never took down the correct info on the receipt then to the next day my service get cutt off again! called to try and resolve but got horrible customer service. bad bad place

Horrible place , I came a few minutes late and I saw workers in there , they looked at me and said theyre closed they acted like they didnt want to come to the door and help me out all I needed was to pick up equipment really fast thats all, wooow nice employees

When King Cable came out for install they fell the garage ceiling and did something so the door bell doesnt work. That happened on March 10, 2016. I have made many call to Time Warner and now a month later repairs have not been made. On March 10th the ceiling

If you have any problems with TWC Spectrum DO NOT CALL THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE. Go see these guys at this Spectrum store. They had my issue fixed in minutes with a much lower rate. And do NOT go to the chenault location!

I dont know why Im paying to not have internet. I never actual get the speed Im paying for and half the time theres no internet. I have called several times to reset the signal it and even replaced my modem
