I had a swap that needed to be finished. The new motor was in the truck already and just wouldnt start without putting starter fluid directly into the block. I told the owner that my budget for the job was $800, the next time I heard from him the total was sitting at $1400, I took work off and came to pick it up by the date we had agreed upon(2 weeks later) and it hadnt even been touched. By the time I picked my rig up- we were at $1900, the truck STILL is not finished...have another mechanic looking into the receipt I have to verify the "work" done. I never write reviews unless theyre good, I work in he customer service industry so am patient...this was the worst experience I have EVER had with a shop and while theyre the "go-to" shop for Bronco lovers....I have to post something. Im sure they do great work, but this was not an example of such.

❌ Warning ❌ 7/25/17- I spoke with the manager by the name of Ryan which was arrogant and does not have good customer service skills. I called in for a quote for parts and labor hoping just maybe this auto shop will not waste my time and tell me to bring my vehicle in, I know exactly what I need. I dont understand why these shops in the Albany area cannot give you a quote over the phone. I will simply take my business somewhere else that can do a on the phone quote. I will not continuously waste my time to bring my vehicle into a shop to get a quote. I will be sure to tell friends and family do not give business to this establishment. Good luck getting business being rude and arrogant. I would not expect that kind of treatment from management anywhere. I would not recommend any auto shop in Albany. Go to Salem or Portland.

Bob was an amazing problem solver. Friendly staff My diesel mercedes needed a quick fix and these guys stopped at nothing to get me back on the road. Onsite fabrication is a rarity these days and they were willing to spin thier wrenchs to fix a few simple things for me + deal with the fact that my alternator had snapped off on the highway...
