I had a really bad experience here. They ordered a new AC compressor for my car, and I arrived to have the work completed at 8am. After walking around the area for an hour with my young child, assuming that they had started doing the work, they called and said that they had mistakenly sent back the newly ordered part earlier in the week. They said I needed to reschedule for the next week. NO apology was made until I made it quite clear that I was frustrated with the inconvenience. I rescheduled for the next week. I then dropped the car off one morning the next week and was told they would call when the work was completed. I was also told it could take 2-3 hours. After 4 and a half hours without a call I finally went back to the repair shop because I had run out of things to do in the area. They handed me my keys soon after I walked in. I asked if the car work had just been completed because I never received a call. I was told that the work had been completed within the 2-3 hour timeframe, and he had simply forgot to call me. He proceeded to discuss how sometimes things get so busy that he has to prioritize and things get missed. Apparently having a customer walking around for 2 extra hours waiting on a car that is already completed is not a priority in the eyes of this business. I just cant believe that they would try to explain the non-call by expounding upon the fact that I wasnt a priority. He again was not really apologetic. For this awful customer service and inconvenience I was offered about $20 in discounts on a nearly $800 bill. The $800 is about what was quoted originally.

I am not one to rate and review for anything, however after my recent experience with Expert Auto Repair I have to let it be known that this is a top notch establishment. I was visiting my daughter in Lacey this past week when I noticed her Check engine light was on. I stopped into Expert unannounced and they took her car in right away and had it diagnosed and repaired within a couple of hours, I was very pleased and at the time I picked up the vehicle they informed me of another problem that existed and should be fixed. I told them I would be returning to Denver in 2 days and wanted to see if I could get the repairs done the next day, they said yes and the vehicle was brought back the next day, It had to have a new radiator installed and a few other minor maintenance items done. Around closing time I found out that there was some issues with completing the radiator installation due to parts not fitting together correctly, This was not their fault just a parts issue. It was 5 pm Friday evening. After talking with Hoyt and explaining that I needed the car to get to the Airport the next morning he said dont worry we will do whatever it takes to have it done tonight. He and the technician that did the repairs stayed there until 9:00 pm and finished the work. Talk about going the extra mile!!! I cant thank them enough and will always use Expert Auto Repair in the future for my vehicle repairs, I highly recommend them to anybody that wants good honest people to do their repairs. Im from out of town. My car was dying and I highly suspected alternator issue. They took it in without appointment just before closing and the next day they tested it and determined it was only a bad battery. They didnt overcharge me, though I was a sitting duck. Friendly and helpful and the owner gave me a short ride to my hotel since he was leaving for the day anyway. What a car repair shop should be like.

Ive taken my vehicles to Expert Auto Repair for several years, and they are a very good shop. They always look out for the customer and only do the work that is required. Their recommendations as to other work recommended are always spot-on. I have found them to be reputable, trustworthy, and a facility that I can easily recommended. In my opinion, this is one of the best repair facilities around.

I had been looking for a reputable mechanic for months for my Mazda and I finally found one! Fast and friendly excellent service! I was quoted one third of the price for my engine motors mounts than what the dealership wanted and when it was all said and done they charged me even LESS than the original quote. Replaced much quicker than anticipated, will definitely be my new go to mechanic.

After trying a couple shops in town, we found Expert Auto Repair. They do very good work at good prices. They have been, fair, honest, and accommodating to us. They have only prescribed work when our car needed it. They have done a radiator, timing belt, and will be doing an engine mount on our car. Great service and I recommend them.

Probably the best and knowledgeable auto shop Ive been to. They have taken care of me on more than one occasion and explained to me the whole way what they were doing. Not like any auto shop Ive been to before where they only care about getting the most money out of you. They have amazing prices and the best customer service.

Excellent customer service! Hoyt, the service manager, along with the crew and owner, Rick, are very friendly and easy to work with. Quote on my 1997 Subaru Outback came out on the lower end and the mechanic did a great job; quick and efficient! THX!!!

Good work at good prices. But double check them. I had a fuel tank repaired and they had a student put it back together. They forgot to connect the filler hose to the tank! They did make it good, and paid for the fuel, but it was a shock.
