I went in for a routine oil change. And was told that I need to replace all tie rods both control arms upper and lower my sway bar frame bushing and Link. Also my front shocks. They tried to charge me or the ball joint in the control arm with the ball joint so they charge me for the ball joint twice or tried I should say. It quoted in at just under $4,000 and Ive had the best pieces made possible ordered myself for $500 and with a weekend and some YouTube I can get it done myself. I am outraged at their service and that they tried to scam me. Also the oil change was sloppy the got it all over my engine block and theres drips all over my undercarriage now. I would recommend going somewhere else because this place is not worth the time or the money for the poor quality that is put out by their employees. This place should be shut down for the reason that they lied about my power steering fluid my transmission fluid in my coolant saying all of which was bad but I had recently replaced all three of them myself. My recommendation is buy the parts yourself and do it yourself you will learn something new and you will get that your car fixed right in the way you want it fixed there is everything on YouTube

My experience here was beyond horrible. I made an appointment 24 hours prior to my actual visit. I was told to come in at 9 & I let them know I had an appointment at 2 and they said it would be done. I get there and Bret told me the job would take about 3 hours. About 3 hours into my process they tell me I needed to replace something which would cost me $300 more dollars. An hour later he tells me they are about done with my car. I sit there for another 2 hours before they actually finish. In total I was there for 5+ hours! I got there before 9am and left after 3pm. I had to call to cancel my appointment. Customer service and customer wait time at an all time low! I will NOT be coming back neither suggesting this place to anyone I know!

I brought my van to a different Auto Shop to have my brakes worked on. A few days later they started making a bad noise so I decided to try a new mechanic. I brought my van to the Meineke in Lacey. Even though I didnt have an appointment and they were really busy they still squeezed me in. I also really appreciated the manager being honest with me and taking the time to educate me about what was going on with my van so that I could make a decision about what to replace or not replace. They fixed the problem with my van and gave me a great deal.

I called set a time for a tyranny serv on a 2002 ford explorer said they had filter called later said filter had to be ordered then they called said it would be done on ten minutes got there not done and no filter change dident have the proper tools said they ordered them but figured out how to I wacht the same utub. Video. Now I wait and when there done I will take it to ford they did my oil change went great if they would have been honest now what do I do trany cost 3k

Great service! My alternator died and it was closing time for them. I drove there without power steering and they stayed open past closing to install a new alternator for me. But i did just try and get my oil changed and they are severely undermanned and i was told i could get an oil change tomorrow.

Had some car troubles while in Lacey from out of town. The office manager was very friendly and helpful, the technician team got my car looked at and ready to be back on the road to head home the same evening. So thankful for their fast and friendly service.
