Please stay away from this place if you want to save yourself a big headache. Went in on Monday for an AC/Heater leak and Steve said it would take one day to get it. End of Tuesday come and I didnt heard from them. I called on Wednesday morning and I was told that it had taken more time than expected to get it fixed but he assured me I would be fixed by Wednesday at the end of the day. Well once again the end of the day come and nothing from them. I went in to see if they had updates on my car and Steve said that the leak had been fix but that now they had come to the problem of not turning on the car. He said it would be done by 12pm Thursday well one again 12pm Thursday come and nothing. I called again asking what was going on he said these things take time and that is nothing he hadnt encounter before and that is all not estimate about when it would be fixed Went in their shop today(Friday) to see what was going on with the car. Waited inside the office for 20min to have someone speak to me and to find out that he broke the antenna that recognizes my cars key. He said it would take three day to order and another three days to fix and to top it off he want me to pay for the part and the labor. Like are you serious! I asked to get my car FIXED not BROKEN! Hate their lack of communication. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from this place for gods sake.

My car was having engine trouble and I first took it to AutoZone to have them read the on-board computer diagnostic. I found out there was a cylinder misfire in one of my four cylinders. I then took my car to Lucky Auto Body and Paint (managed by Steve Lee). He was kind enough to offer a free check to find the problem. He diagnosed that my ignition coil had failed, but in the process of testing he had recklessly burnt out 2 more coils and severely damaged the clips holding the coils. He then told me my car was inoperable and gave me a ridiculous price on parts (almost twice the price from Napa) and labor. I bought the parts myself, went to his lot, replaced the parts myself in 3 minutes and drove home in my car. In summary... Pros: +Steve was a nice guy +Gave free diagnosis Con: -They damaged my car doing diagnosis (cost me an extra $65 in damages) -No attention to detail or respect for your vehicle -Overpriced parts (almost twice as much as from store) -Overpriced labor (was charging me $75 for a job I did in 3 minutes with no previous experience) Conclusion: DONT TRUST THIS REPAIR SHOP

Their service was useless and on top of it, aggravating. I was referred to Lucky Auto Body by Acura for, what was supposed to be, a simple re-attachment of the spoiler on my Acura. It turned out to be a 10-day event when I had to go back 3 times because they did not order the appropriate parts, and worst of all, at the end, the spoiler was STILL NOT ATTACHED PROPERLY AND SECURELY! Despite the fact that this was obvious to a naked eye, the owner kept telling me that all is well now, which was adding insult to the injury. In the end, I had to go back to the Acura dealership to fix the problem for good! I wouldnt recommend using the Lucky Auto body Shop!

Honest auto work with high integrity. Ive only had positive experiences here. My car has always been returned to me in great condition. Their parts and service are guaranteed but that also means that they wont let you bring in your own parts (which is understandable). In response to the two negative posts on Google: I dont know the specifics to your cases but if you look on Yelp, Lucky Auto Body is well rated. Theyve been in buisness since 1985: you dont stay in business for that long without treating your customers well.

This place wasted a *month* on simple body work - a MONTH - with no effort made whatsoever. Nothing, after 4 weeks past when the insurance adjuster immediately agreed to the work. The business card looks printed at home. This place is inexcusable.

Had my Acura repaired last week, my dealership recommended Lucky Auto Body. They got me in very quickly and my car was ready in 3 days. I was very impressed with their customer service, quality and turnaround time. Highly recommend them.

Steve has always been right there fixing whatever is messed up with my car. Hes completed simple paint jobs to replacing my roof beautifully. I will always go to Lucky Auto Body.
