Needed a high quality paint job on a part for my 2016 BMW M4: a side mirror cap thats just as big as my hand. Got two big dust particles stuck in the paint. They admitted that it was the best they could do. When I went to pick up the painted cap after 1 day, it was not even polished properly and had bumps everywhere (20+). The estimator brought it back to buff them up. 20 minutes after he came back, but we found two particles stuck in the base coat, which are clearly visible from more than 3 feet away in bare eyes. He said hes not happy with it either and agreed to have them redo the whole job again. He was cool and very straightforward to communicate. When I arrived back at work, he called me and said the owner refused to have it repainted. Now he had turned to the owners puppet. I cant blame him as he was just doing his job, but let me tell you what the owner told him to tell me (and tried to fool me). 1. They are imperfections on the primer that came from factory and we cant do anything about it. - Claiming the part I brought was defected, which is a genuine part from a BMW dealership. 2. All BMW parts come painted from factory (unlike the one you brought). - Plain bullshit. I have bought 2 brand new BMWs since 2013 and have dealt with (re)painting parts at BMW dealerships several times. The parts come primed as they had to be paint matched. 3. I already gave you a good price ($110). Other shops will ask for $150-$170. - Kuni collision center, where Kuni BMW takes their cars to, quoted me $85 (I didnt want to go there for some other reason). In addition, while initial estimate was $80-100, they added $10 at the time of pick up, saying it was for tint that had to be added later. Hey, Kunis collision center includes it in their $85 estimate. In the end, he admitted that they are dust stuck while they were spraying sealer, admitting that they are not capable of controlling dust. He said it would happen again if they repaint it and this is the best they can do. They just cant paint a hand-sized part cleanly. Imagine them painting a whole car. Pictures are attached on my yelp review that one can take a look if inclined.

This shop came highly recommended and well reviewed so I felt pretty confident bringing my car here - service was fairly prompt, they were willing to give me a full tour, and the rental car setup was a breeze. When I received my car back the gas light was on so the tech said dont shut off the car - I figured this was odd but what the heck Ill go up the street and get some gas and Im good to go. WRONG! Turns out someone had drained my battery and let it sit the whole time my vehicle was there, I ended up stranded multiple times limping my way home. I bought a replacement battery right away because I couldnt be further inconvenienced - when I brought it up with customer service they denied all liability. Later I found chipping on the paint and my tweeter fell out of the door, I brought the vehicle back and they took a day to fix it but still refused to pay for the battery they damaged (for those that dont know fully draining your battery is often a death sentence, if you catch it real quick there is a chance of revival but sitting for days its almost certainly gone - more frustrating was their total failure to at the very least inform me). Overall Id say theyre alright but with so many well reviewed area shops I think Ill try my luck somewhere else next time.

I got in a tiny fender bender on the freeway a few weeks ago. Never having done this before, I wasnt sure about how the process goes about obtaining a quote, talking to insurances, and then scheduling for repair. My first pick near my house gave me the worst customer service experience and I shopped elsewhere. I found Artistic with raving reviews and I wanted to give it a try! When I called about how the process worked, what I needed to do, and about my terrible experience at the other auto body shop, they were very shocked and took such good care of me! And this was just over the phone! I then, went in for an estimate and reception was WONDERFUL! They welcomed me, commented that they liked my bag, and always checked in when I had been sitting there for awhile. The repair is scheduled for a month from now when I am on vacation. But, they said that I could store my car there until I return! No need for a rental car and no worry on my part! Overall, Im extremely pleased and SO HAPPY! The repairs are simple so I have faith that they will deliver with excellence. Thank you Artistic!!

After serval auto repairs that sometimes were complicated with issues from untimrly delivery new dcrathes post collision repair , cars mis booked for appts ,poor communication as yo what the customer pay portion would be snd promises or offers not lived up to the only thing i can say is that the color match was good but in light of the inefficiency of the shop and when questioning issues the shift of blam onto the customer is unacceptable my four cars over ghe course ofva couple of years were tens of thousands in repairs and my last communicstion when trying to make an appt for a polish snd wax i was treated lousy the clear coat on my jag shows a reation to everything as if its soft i have primer dhowing through on the edge of the fender on my bentley minor but nonetheless ghere but how i was swept under the carpet when attempt for a 3rd time to conclude a loose end is outragous most prior business was above average but when you consider how low ghe industry bar is in oregon is that saying alot ? Maybe /maybe not

The front lower part of my bumper became partially detached after a minor curb tap. I called my Volvo repair shop, and they recommended Artistic Auto Body. I went to their website, when I saw you could upload your own pictures for a free estimate... Awesome. I submitted off the information and received a quote the same day from estimator Laura Richardson. She told me to stop by anytime tomorrow and she would take a look. The next morning, I checked in before work, she took it down to her shop, and returned it not 5 minutes later. It just needed to be snapped back into place, and she sent me on my way free of charge. I am absolutely impressed with the service I received, the cheerful attitude from the front desk, and the value they built for me today. I will certainly be using them in the future, god forbid I am in need of more serious body work. 5 stars!

After a recent fender bender accident, my car was towed to Artistic for repairs, and I have nothing but fantastic things to write -- every single person I dealt with was friendly, reassuring, informative, and professional. Stacy H and John S were especially great at presenting options and making suggestions without pressuring me into a course of action that wasnt in my best interest, which I greatly appreciated because I havent owned a car in some years and felt a bit at the mercy of the situation. As an unexpected bonus, my car was washed and vacuumed before being returned to me and, quite honestly, looked better on its way out than when it arrived. While I hope not to need their services again for some time, I would not hesitate to give Artistic my business in the future and will heartily recommend them to anyone in need of auto services!
