Run! This place is a scam!!!! My boyfriend was baby sitting my nephew and scrapped my sisters car. This was a light paint scratch. He wanted to make sure the car was returned in the same way condition it came in (looking new). We dropped off the car. This place has horrible communication they never get a hold of you to tell you the status of the repair and they kept talking longer and longer than they said (3 days turned into 2+ weeks). They did not offer a loaner as advertised too. Then when we came to pick up the car I noticed that my sisters WINDSHEILD was CRACKED (heavily cracked, you could see an impact point). When I shared this, they had the nerve to LIE and tell us that we brought the car in like this. The car had been in an accident 2 months earlier and was fully repaired to look like new. I urged them to look at the video footage to see the way we brought the car in but they wouldnt. They kept calling us liers and saying we owed for the repair of the windshield. I was fuming mad, only when I stated I would get police involved and asked for their business insurance (which the owner Carlos said he wouldnt give me) did they say they would pay for half the repair. To save any more frustrations and loss of time we paid but I strongly dont believe we should have. Not only that their quality of work is awful, they couldnt get the pain to match, they left a paint drip and I had to go get the windshield wipers replaced after the windshield replacement (the technician at that shop shared both the windshield and the wipers were installed incorrectly (inch lower than where they should be). This is just half the frustrations, their manager Edgar participated in a lot of the lying and backing up this faulty business. Run, save your money and avoid this place like the plague.

Hello there Mr. Serrano, Just before the metallic gold stripes were placed on my vehicle, I expressed to Alex my concern about the material, thinking it was perhaps "too flimsy". That was simply a case of not knowing, not understanding its features (in other words, a case of ignorance on my part). However, once I entered Cowles Products and perused their site - particularly the CAL-STRIPES page -- I soon became completely convinced that it is indeed a quality, durable accessory. Im glad I did the research! Thank you very much for your personal recommendation to use this product. It was installed quite nicely and well aligned by Juanito; Im very happy with the way it looks all around the Buick Regal, including going the extra mile, placing the stripe around the trunk lid as well. Nice touch. ...In addition, Alex handled the front office responsibility professionally, even while overseeing the actual job in the shop. I would not hesitate to recommend your shop and your work to anyone needing auto body and paint work on their vehicle. The workmanship and personal attention you offer certainly merits it. To say I highly recommend them would not be saying enough. After I got into what I believed to be a fairly minor fender bender, the insurance company came back and tried to tell me that my car was totaled. When I asked to take it elsewhere for an estimate they insisted that no one would be able to fix it for a lower price. But I convinced them to give me one more tow and on the advice of my mechanic I had them take it here to be checked. They looked it over, and not only did they come back with an estimate that was less than half of what I was getting from the insurance company they swore to me it would not go any higher. They were true to their word as they found one other detail while going over with me what they would be repairing so they fixed that out of their pocket. They also fixed a couple places the paint was peeling and a dent in my door which were not caused by my accident. They went above and beyond to help me, communicated with me with regular updates, and were just genuinely nice people. I cannot say enough good things about this business.

Let me say they have went above and beyond my expectation. I got into an accident where the insurance company considered it a total loss. When I asked the insurance company to take it elsewhere for an estimate they insisted that no one would be able to fix it for a lower price. But M and C auto body did just that. I was able to work with them with the price and they swore it will not go any higher and worked within the budget I had. They are perfectionist and will not release the car unless it is to their standings. Overall the car I got back was all fixed and they went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend these guys over anyone else in the market. They are affordable, honest, and works with you and not against you. Really hard to find people with passion like these guys in the industry now a days.

I first called in where I actually received an estimate over the phone, which was a good price. I went in and was helped by Hugo, who was friendly and explained very clearly about the process of replacing my bumper. He also helped me save time by letting me know when the part came rather than having my car sit in the shop for its arrival. When the bumper arrived and I returned back to the shop they even extended the service of dropping me off back home while the car was in the shop. The next morning I returned with a brand new bumper and a shiny washed car! They were even helpful with allowing me to display my business cards in their shop (Im a Licensed Massage Therapist). Thank you to Hugo, Carlos, and the crew! Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs auto body and paint services:)

OK, So I backed my father in Laws truck into a wall that came out of NO where! Stinkin wall! To top it off it was at xmas and we were down visiting. Me and my husband visited a number of locations for estimates and before we were about to hang it up I begged him to stop at one last place... M&C auto! We met HUGO, he was amazing! He gave us a great price and had it done in less than 2 days! Not only was he going to do the job we paid for but he even offered to put the new bumper on when we got it delivered to our home off ebay, I couldnt believe it! People are sometimes nicer than walls! All in All, you would be missing out if you at least dont stop and see what they can do for you. P.S. Dont judge thier work off the way the shop looks, these guys really do a great job. Fran & Jay hartman

I came here to fix my 2014 Subaru that was hit in the back driver side door, it was a hit and run... anyway I came here to get a quote on how much it would be and Edgar the manager was extremely professional and extremely nice to me. He gave me a grate quote on how much it would be to replace my door and color match the paint to make it look like nothing ever happened to the car. Other places where charging me an arm and a leg. They told me it would take about 4 days but they called me ahead of time and they finished the car before the expected date. The gave me a grate loner car for the time that I was going to be with out a car. I would highly recommend this place to get any work done.
