My family and I have used Artistic Auto Body in Wilsonville for well over a decade with multiple vehicles. Theyve always done excellent work, however, the last two visits (mid 2015 and early 2016) I have been met with very poor customer service. Ive been treated as if I was inconveniencing the front desk and in general, experienced rather mundane interest in accepting my business. Its not everyone. Its just a few select individuals. For what its worth, it now appears that an appointment is required to get an estimate on repair work. Maybe this is the new industry norm, but I somehow doubt that unless the industry changed that much in the last few months. Living in the suburbs of a large metro area makes it easy to find someone else who will be more enticed to work with me. Ill also give State Farm a call to let them know that they might want to reevaluate their relationship with Artistic with the intention of rating their service compared to others to promote a good service experience all around. The one star lists my opinion as "Hated it", but that not what it is... Its just me being "over it".

I had the pleasure of taking my vehicle into Artistic Auto Body in Wilsonville after someone backed into my parked car. I was not a happy camper, but the truly great staff proved to be the silver lining. Not only did they work directly with the other drivers insurance company so that I didnt have to, they also made my rental car arrangements for me and restored my car to perfect condition a day ahead of schedule. The icing on the cake was arriving to find that not only had they impeccably fixed my car, but they completely cleaned the interior. It was admittedly pretty dirty, and they dang near detailed the entire thing. Dash, carpets, spilled coffee on the floor and in the cup holder...I mean they really put work into it. Not part of the repair job and completely a value added service. I was as shocked as I was grateful. If I can return the favor to this uniquely reputable shop by referring one customer through this review, I will be happy. Please consider their amazing team should you ever need body work. You will be glad you did!

Artistic Auto Body is the only place Ill ever have my car repaired. The shop has the best car repair specialists I have ever encountered. From beginning to end, my experience was characterized by great communication, excellent workmanship and service that exceeded my expectations. They accommodated my schedule by doing the estimate at another location, then did a great job of keeping me updated on the progress of the repair. The work was done on time, with paint perfectly matched. When I picked up my car, it was clean inside and out -- better than I left it. They even left me with a paint touch-up kit that matches the color of my car. I cant think of anything that they could have done better. Artistic Auto Body came highly recommended. My dad insisted that I had to have my repair done there, and now I can see why. Im very glad that I chose them.

I was involved in a collision on 4/4/17. The other driver illegally changed lanes in an intersection and hit my car. I took my 2011 Nissan Rogue to Artistic Autobody in Wilsonville on 4/10/17. Don was very thorough and described the process well. I received calls from them notifying me of any updates and an estimated timeline for my vehicle repairs. My vehicle repairs were completed on 4/13/17 but I was unable to pick it up until the 14th which was no problem for them. I picked up my vehicle today and I cant even tell where the damage was. They even detailed my car and left me some extra touch-up paint! Its rare to find a business that provides excellent customer service and even rarer to find one that goes beyond normal expectations. We took our car to Artistic based on reviews we got from the Internet and also the recommendation of our dealership. We were not disappointed. Our car had been hit in a parking lot while we were watching a movie. Artistic were able to complete the repairs in one week even though they were busy with lots of accidents caused by the snow. They also worked with the other persons insurance which made it very easy for us. The car looks like new and they detailed it inside and out before we picked it up. I would highly recommend Artistic for any body repairs you need!

The cosmetic repair was good but when I received my car theyre was a warning light saying my license bulb was dead. They said they tried to fix it but they didnt have any on hand .I said okay its just a bulb so i replaced it but it didnt work I then took it to my mechanic and it turned out whoever repaired my vehicle had got water onto the housing and fried it. I now need to pay more to get new wiring! Extremely upset Update: I took it back and they fixed this for me free of charge. It wasnt wiring but a simple fix. Thanks

I recently had my car worked on by them, and they did a fantastic job! My car was done earlier than what was expected and when I got it, it looked better than before my wreck! They even went so far as to thoroughly clean my car inside and out. Not to mention, Dave was as kind as they get and made sure I understood everything that was going on. It was so easy and no hassle. Overall it was a totally smooth transition and am VERY happy with the results. I would highly recommend this auto shop. Thank you Artistic Auto Body!

My experience with Artistic Auto Body (Wilsonville) was excellent. My truck was stolen and was damaged, so I was recommended to have Artistic do the repairs. Im glad I did, because the whole process went smooth. Lee is such a great person to work with, he made sure I was being taken care of. He was clear throughout the whole process and constantly communicated with me. He even helped me to save money!! I will definitely recommend Artistic to others. Thanks Lee and the whole Artistic team that helped repair my vehicle!

Had a minor rear ender accident. Took it to Artistic. They handled everything from insurance to getting me the rental. My vehicle was also stalling. So as a bonus the ran the computer and determined that they could fix it. Their attempt was in vain, BUT they sent my vehicle to Tylers Automotive. No charge for the extra work and got it to a great mechanic. Cleaned the inside of my Vehicle and it looks like nothing happened at all. Great service. If your cars in a wreck, check Artistic first.

This was our fourth visit over the past 10 years to Artistic Auto Body in Wilsonville. Again, we were extremely satisfied with the work performed. One of the reasons we keep coming back is due to the excellent free detail they perform before they return each vehicle. Much better than the detail work we obtain through other professional shops in the area! Now all I have to do is figure out how to come up with minor body damage on an annual basis to take advantage of their detail service. ;-)

Weve used Artisitic Autobody since we opened seven years ago for all of our customers needs as well the occasion when I need something done for a friend or a family member. Their work is perfect. Theyre great people who have always exceeded our expectations. Id give them more stars if they were available.
