Never going back. I was highly dissapointed with Fit it Auto. As a way to keep this as constructive as possible, I would have been satisfied if they did the following: Given more accurate completion dates (I understand that they have to wait for parts and cannot tell what all needs replaced in the beginning, but they pushed back my completion date five times), ask permission before purchasing and painting a bumper that was a different style than the original bumper (they didnt even let me know that they had to get a different bumper, I found out by looking at a picture they sent me of the car painted and it was a bumper from a standard model, not the Special Edition model which I had originally. By the way, the bumper with fog lights was a factory addition, not a dealer mod, Vic. It would have been nice to have the choice to have my original bumper refurbished instead of being stuck with a standard bumper); try inspecting the car before customer delievery (even after having my car for a month, I still needed to bring the car back so they could fix the door and balance the headlights), and how about fixing all that was reported broken, or at least not leaving a customer stranded because you didnt listen to him. I told them the radiator was leaking when I dropped the car off, and they never even looked at it. On my way to work the day after I got the car back, the car overheated from the radiator leaking out all the coolant, just what it did before I took the car in. I called the shop and they told me that I was on my own to getting my car towed back to their shop. How considerate, leaving me stranded because they didnt bother to listen to the customer about what all was wrong with the car. This is why Im never going back.

My girlfriend recently took her car here to get some exterior work done and a transmission mount replaced. Before she had taken her car in the car had been inspected and well maintained for all of its usual problems due to the car type. She has a full carfax from the day it was originally purchased. It has every detail listed on it from all the oil changes to engine block inspections. Once she received her car back from these people her car suddenly had a engine oil leak. She took it back to them and they had said it was continual build up and it mustve been for a long time. She now may need a new engine because of this problem. These people must have done something during the transmission mount replacement that screwed up something. I dont know what these goons could have possibly done but they are not trying to take responsibility for a major problem that initially occurred after their custody of the car for 3 weeks. We knew of the problem because the car started to make weird sounds the next day after we got it back when we started it. It also started smoking. Neither of these problems have ever been a problem. The car has had a perfect carfax report and has been taken care of with the utmost respect. These people are definitely not a company I would go back to or recommend to anyone. This company is a irresponsible joke that couldnt even fix simple problems without creating more. Thanks for the wasted time and money Fix auto.

for starters these guys are amazing!!! extremely nice. had the pribilege of working with all 3 of the people who work in their office and all of them are fantastic!! now the work they did on my car..... even more amazing!!! someone had side swiped my car while it was parked and these guys straight up made it look like nothing had ever happened.AND... there was past damage that was close to the point of impact and i was pleasantly suprised to see that they just painted over that too!! didnt try to hassle me on it or anything. because they were so amazing i had they do some additional work to a dent some (A hole) made and rate was SUPER resonable!! and.... same thing! made it look like it was never there!! and they had everything one in no time! anyone who gave a bad review to these guys, probably just thinks the world sucks. fix auto in beaverton is legit!

This place is amazing! Being in my first real accident that involved 4 other cars I had no idea what to do. I looked into and got some quotes at some other places and never felt 100% comfortable that I had found the right pace. Just when I was about to give in a friend recommended me her and it was the best thing ever! The manager Brandon was totally up front with me about the whole process and answered all of my questions ( some of them felt stupid ) with honesty and integrity. They are now my go to place with related an unrelated issues to the accident because I know I can trust them with anything big or small on my car.

Had a great experience with Fix Auto. They called Enterprise for me to obtain a rental car and returned the car for me upon picking up my car. I had some paint work that needed to be fixed on my Honda Accord from someone backing up into my car and the work looks perfect! They even detailed my car inside and out! I will definitely recommend Fix Auto of Beaverton to my friends!

Rick Christensen was very friendly. They were going to have my rear bumper repaired the same day, so I wouldnt have any rental car fees, but then the tail light they ordered from their supplier was incorrect, so I ended needing a rental van for 3 days. Rick was nice enough to compensate me for the cost by replacing my windshield wipers at their cost and at my request.

We arent from Oregon but had an accident while on vacation here. The employees here are the nicest people Ive ever met. They worked with us and you could tell they always had a smile on their face even over the phone. My car has an all new front end and looks incredible. Thank you so much!

Crashed my car and they fixed it in about 3 weeks. Didnt get it up to freeway speeds though, because if they did Im sure they would have felt and could hear the hummmm the car made. But whos got time during the holidays to be without a car.

Professional, and friendly customer service. Forgot something in my car when I was waiting for it to get fixed and they let me come in and grab it from the car. If something needs work on my car again I will think of them first!
