I would never recommend this place to anyone... my throw out bearing went out and i took it to this place. I asked to put in a Clutch kit, get a new clutch master, and slave cylinder. it took 4 days to complete... not to mention, they kept it over the weekend when it was complete, i saw it in the finished parking zone for the weekend with no call. i pay for what they have done and drive off. 2 days later i still hear my throw out bearing snapping, i take it back and tell them that my car still had the same problem. they take my car out for a drive then, they get it back into the shop. they bring me into the shop and guess what... my clutch was sitting all the way in the front. and i also found out the master nor the cylinder was repaired.. AWESOME RIGHT??? i told them it was their responsibility to fix what they broke their excuse was its an old car, things break... continuing to speak with the lacey auto collision MANAGER, he said he would cut me a deal and after him CUSSING at me i had no choice but to take the offer because my insurance company wouldnt do anything about it..... now im driving in a car where the transmission is now chewing gears out guess what that means??????? THEY PUT THE WRONG TRANSMISSION FLUID IN MY CAR!!!! now im looking for a used transmission to put in my car............ so all in all this was a bad experience. people that work the front desk have no idea what customer service is, the management is a joke, the mechanics have no idea what theyre doing, the price is not right, and now they really damaged my car... if you feel like getting bent over, this is the place to go... -.-

I will never suggest this place to anyone because I have been lied to repeatedly over the last month and a half. I will say that my insurance took forever to get back to us, but they were supposed to have started work immdiately after they recieved the OK - they did not start for almost two weeks after they got the OK. I still do not have my car back and theyve had it since 10/18/2010. I was told no later than the week of Thanksgiving. At first I understood and was fine with it. Whatever it took to get my car back - right? That was until I called every Monday for three week and was told the same exact thing "The person who is working on your case is not here today but your car is in paint and should be done by Wednesday." I finally got ahold of someone today who I had never talked to before and he told me they JUST send the supplement to my insurance yesterday (11/30/2010) and they have not heard back. "But we called this morning and left a message." SO CALL AGAIN IDIOT! When I expressed my anger about being mislead by the frontdesk, he was rude and inconsiderate and did not even apologize for my inconvenience. He said the car is may be half way done and he does not know when they can finish repairs until they hear back from my insurance company. They have no estimate as to how long it will be before I get my car back - but may be next year? Lacey Collision is not where I would take my vehicle.

I went here for an insurance repair for an auto accident. I made the arrangements in advance so that they could order the parts. I dropped the keys and the car off as scheduled (actually the night before.) The car was done when I expected it to be and looked fabulous. The repair showed a trouble I had with my speakers so I was able to fix that. Now on to the troubles... My car is a little different, a first generation Honda Insight. In the process of the repair, they had to remove the right side wheel skirt. They did not fasten it back on correctly and I nearly lost it on the freeway. They also had to remove the washer fluid tank, when they re-connected it, they swapped the hoses! Pulling the wash lever for the front started the front wipers and jetted the rear window. I would think that they would have checked the repair, but they neglected this part. Contacting the business they were glad to do the repair on the wash-tank (I wont trust anyone to get the wheel skirts right anymore.) They offered me a free detail. They did a good repair. reconditioned parts for an 8yo car, normal. The paint matches very well. The seams are all to tolerance. I just feel that their QC could be improved.

I took my car here after being rear ended a couple years ago. It looks very nice on the outside and is conveniently located. I found the receptionist to be very friendly. However, the man who was assigned to my "case" was not. Apparently once they assign someone to your repair that is who you have to deal with any time you call regarding your vehicle. He was extremely condescending and not helpful at all. It took them almost 6 weeks to repair my car. Thankfully, it was the other guys fault so I had a rental the whole time. When I got the car back, it looked good as new. But in the sun I can tell the paint is a different shade than the original. Also, I was having trouble with my seat that they did not fix. Took it back in, got another rental, got the car back. Seat problem not fixed. And part of rear fender separated shortly after repair. I finally just gave up. The guy I was dealing with seemed to think I had made up the problem. I would not go here again and would not recommend it.

They called us once they received word from our insurance provider and scheduled our car for collision repair. The only issue anyone might have is that theyre very busy and are booked for weeks. Its a good problem for them, not so great if you need to get your car repaired quickly. There is an Enterprise car rental right next door which was a real convenience. Our car was in and out in under three days. It looks like brand new. They washed the car and cleaned the inside--nice customer service. The staff is friendly. Overall, its a professionally run operation.

They do great work, I would recommend them to anyone! Those guys really know their stuff! Staff was very helpful with the whole process and when I got my car back it was as good as new and super clean because I remembered to clean all of my personal belongings out before I dropped it off. It did take a little longer then expected but Im sure there can and almost will always be additional damage. Luckily I didnt have any parts delays, so the process was still pretty quick. You guys rock!

I had the front bumper snagged by another car in a parking lot and dislodged on the right side. It looked as if Id need it replaced. However, Nick took one look and started pushing and whacking until it was almost back where it should be. Then he got a screwdriver and finished the job. Total time? 5 minutes. Total cost? 0 Result? perfect. Experience, wisdom and expertise will tell every time. Thanks to Nick and Lacey Collision Center my initial worries are no more.
