Over the years, we have taken at least 6 repairs to this place, including one just this past week. Weve had great service every time and I would say their management, front office, and estimators are great. Our cars are usually done in good time, and even earlier than they quote. My new 2015 vehicle was rear-ended, and so Fix set out to replace and repaint the whole bumper piece, among other things. When it was all done, the plastic bumper was just a little duller than the metal body of the car. This is common (the car even came from Mazda that way), and even more common when theyre painting with colors that are new to the market. Also, my engineer husband spotted that the exhaust pipes were misaligned by millimeters. I took the car back and Fix made it right, with a new paint job (including free loaner car) and an adjustment to the pipes. I got my car back when promised (within 30 hours), clean outside and in. Theyre also very dog-friendly there! Im VERY happy.

I had a hood replaced and painted. Although the paint match was good, there were a few noticable blemishes in the paint. The service coodinator blamed the hood and defects therein, I stated that the hood prep should have corrected any surface imperfections- on closer inspection the blemishes where "fish eyes" in the paint that were improperly left in and than over sanded. The hood was also installed poorly- no shims were used to set proper depth in relation to the front fenders, again the service coodinator defended that shims were not used in auto body repair!?!? Anyone with autobody repair knowledge knows that shims are almost always used... The truck also sat in thier lot for an extended period until the shims were placed properly-they were placed poorly. Theres more, but I think you get the basis for this negative review. Buyers beware.

Worst experience we have ever had. Not only did the whole experience take over a month to replace windshield, fender and rim from a minor accident, but their service was terrible. At pickup, there were multiple scratches and dings in my paint which werent there before, and even on the new fender, so deep that they would need to buff out. The striping done on my car was torn and I now have to take it back in at a later date to get that fixed as well. Overall, it was a horrible, uninformative experience that I had to end up paying a lot more money out of pocket than I was quoted because of their mistakes when ordering parts for my car. Do no use their service, they sublet everything out and it will take weeks before you get your car back and you will still have more theyll need to fix.

Overall , I was not impressed. It took 3 weeks to get our car back for a front suspension repair, I did not feel well informed throughout the process, and I didnt have a chance to ask questions at pickup. They also sublet out their suspension work, which wasnt clear until I had already left my car with them. On the drive home we heard a loud grinding noise that turned out to be a bad wheel bearing in the wheel that we have replaced. They turned around the second repair in only a day, but since we picked the car up on a Friday and they are not open on the weekends we didnt have the car finalized until Tuesday, just 2 days short of 4 weeks after my accident.

Best body shop experience ever! Their customer service is bar none. I had dented the lower front end of my bumper, and another body shop quoted me $1000. I took it to Fix and they listened to me when I said I didnt care about the cosmetic part of it, so wanted to just have the bare minimum fixed so there wouldnt be any long term issues. They fixed it in 10 minutes and other than some small scratches, youd never know Id had a major bump there. Its not just that they saved me a lot of money, but that they listened to me. Theyre fantastic!

I stopped by to get an assessment of damage from being rear ended. Before even looking at my car, the person, providing estimate, said he needs an estimate from insurance. After I insisted that he provide his independent estimate of the damage, he glanced at my vehicle, and gave me a printed estimate, in which he missed quite a bit of damage that two other shops noticed. I got an impression that they are careless, and will not stand up for their customers. I will NOT take my car there for repairs.

After taking over a month to finish my car they dopped it off at the dealer to do work for a recall without letting the dealer know what they needed to do. Another week later the dealer was finished with it (after having to order the part because Fix auto never told them to a week earlier) and Fix auto decided it was too late in the day to go pick up at 4pm. So being a friday, i now have to wait all weekend without the car because they were too busy for a customer who has been waiting a month.

This is the best place I have ever had work done on my car, and I consider myself a picky person after having some bad experiences at other shops. This shop was recommended to me by a few different people out in the Beaverton area, and Im glad I went with their suggestions. The estimator and office staff were friendly and attentive, and my car was done right on schedule. Everything looks great, and I have no complaints. I will definitely go here again, if I ever get in a car accident again.

Had the vehicle repaired by them. After initial quote of 1700 dollars, the car stays in the workshop for 3 weeks and the final cost is above 4000. The next day I found the automatic door is not working, which is working fine when I brought it in. The bodywork including painting that door. Talked with them several times and they wont take responsibility repair it at their cost. Will cost me hundreds of dollars to have them try to fix it. Wont recommend it to anyone and wont come back.

They were completely understanding and patient with me as I dealt with auto repairs from my first accident. I called all the time and they were kind every time. They even offered to help with rental car charges when I found out my car would be in the shop longer than expected. They also looked into why my check engine light was on, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the issue - all above and beyond.

These guys are a joke, find a different body shop to do your repairs and save yourself a huge waste of time and money. They sublet out most of their work and the work they do at the shop looks like it was done at Maaco. The fact that they call themselves a "professional body shop" is hilarious, they are a bunch of jank people looking to take more money than they initially quote.

You dont want to go here. They do an exceedingly poor job on quality control. We returned our vehicle several times for poor paint matching, poor alignment of parts, a water leak, a paint run. This is not a shop that cares about getting the job done right, even after several return trips and alerting the owner of the continued problems.
