I booked the pod and asked to go ahead and schedule a pick up time along with the drop off. They scheduled to drop off of the pod, but not the pick up. I had a hunch that might have happened. I called back. Sure enough, they didnt. No big deal. I caught the error. Then, pick up. Pick up wasnt in the window, but at least the driver called me ahead of time to let me know, so I agreed to it. I was able to make arrangements. So fine, no whats agreed upon, but whatever. Then they came to pick up the pod. They didnt call my number. They called my husband once, which I told them he has been having phone issues and specifically that they were to call my number, the number on the account. The driver lied and said he waited 20 minutes and lied and said he called me. I got no call. Also said he had no access to the gate. He would have come at rush hour for people going to work. People were constantly going in and out of the gate. There was not no access. So the driver left. So after NOT making a good faith effort to pick up my POD, They have said that it will take another two days before they can come out again. So, my stuff will sit in 100 degree heat for two days unless I load and unload. So much for climate control... They refused to take any responsibility and were only willing to give me $50 off after I spent an hour with them on the phone. Dont tell me they couldnt do more. I dont know if they are aware the short fuse on which people have to move or not, but this is totally unacceptable. We need dependability.They may have a staffing problem, but that shouldnt be the customers problem. So much for a name brand you can trust. Dont do it.

PODS is the single best way to move yourself. Especially when things dont move as planned. We had to be out of our house by a certain date and we were told we could immediately move into our new house. That move-in date kept moving and it was two weeks before we could move in. Our belonging were safely stored and delivered to us when we finally got possession of our new house. Took a tremendous amount of pressure off of us. I would highly recommend PODS and would use them again.

Pods was wonderful! It was very easy to set everything up to get started. There was great communication, so we always knew what to expect when. The delivery of the POD and the pickup went very smoothly. The POD was transported from Oregon to Arizona, and we did not have one thing get broken. Everything made it in tip-top shape. I would highly recommend using PODS for a move.

These guys are terrible, they must have one guy working in the whole Eugene area. They will take weeks from when you want your stuff delivered to when they actually can deliver it, and they really couldnt care less whether or not thats a problem for you.

Eugene drivers are very skilled have always placed the pod right where I wanted it. This is such a convenient way to move or store.
