We used U-Pack to move from Oregon to Mississippi and it was a fantastic experience! We will definitely use it next time we do a big move! The trailer arrived as scheduled. U-pack was very responsive throughout the process and I was able to get updates about the location of our trailer was as it checked in to different terminals. The drivers on both ends gave a courtesy call to offer an exact time for delivery. I do recommend calling for your order, as I got a much lower price on the phone than from the internet quote. Also, I recommend packing your belongings with care (or hire loaders) as things do shift quite a lot in transit. The driver that delivered the trailer to us explained how to use it and made some recommendations about packing.

Recently moved from Portland to Denver. It was really great to have the trailer dropped off early so we could take our time loading it. I also loved the ability to track the trailer in transit on my phone. We paid more for a guaranteed delivery date and the trailer arrived at 9am that day as promised! Overall, it was a great experience and much less expensive than hiring long distance movers. Would definitely recommend if you are wiling to do some of the heavy lifting.

I had a negative experience with this company. I paid to reserve a 1 hour window which they didnt showed up for 3 hours late because the driver wasnt told. They had agreed to stay with the container while I loaded since I didnt have a lot of stuff except they just dropped it and left. If you use this company I would recommend rehashing details with everyone you talk to as it seems like information is not being effectively relayed to lower levels of the organization.

I moved from Portland Oregon to Dublin, Ohio June end 2017. From the start to finish it was a smooth affair. I packed my 2 bedroom apartment in 2 relo-cubes and received the relo cubes as promised on the expected dates and without any damage and it was the cheapest of all the services. The only thing is that you will be doing all the packing and loading/unloading or take your friends help to keep the cost low.

U-Pack was absolutely awesome. We moved from Portland, OR to Forney, TX. The whole process was really straight forward, great communication! My stuff got here in 2 days!!!! It took us four days of driving to get to Texas. They delivered the ABF container to my house, all the drivers were very nice. Very efficient and fair priced.

Exactly what I was hoping for my move! Packed up my box in Madison and they moved it to Portland with a guaranteed delivery date. I called them and they delivered it within the time they promised.
