This company is horrible. I had my belonging stored with them long term and only recently found out (4/01/2012) that my belongings were damaged back in 2007. Two "vaults" were dropped from the ceiling and one was entirely filled with mold. The company neglected to contact me or anyone in my family for 5 years, but continuted to bill me every month. When confronted, they did not want to make "good" for any of the damage they did due to negligent behavior in their warehouse. Their response to over $10,000 in stored items damaged, $600.00. Yes, that is correct, an entire "vault" filled with mold, and I am liable for the damages. I woulnt recommend this company to someone I dislike. Please, if you are thinking of storing your items with this company, due your due dilligence and go with their competitor, or at the very least (which is most) get your belonging fully insured. If the inevidible happens, this company WILL NOT pay you for the value of your belongings, they will pay you pennies on the pound. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!
