Ill start with I had a fantastic experience with Mike, Alex, Logan, Patrick and Elizabeth! Initially, I called 8/2 and spoke with Elizabeth. She was incredibly cheerful, informative, and, fortunately, able to provide a team of four to assist in my move today (8/3). It may not be wise to presume you can request a moving company to provide assistance within 24 hours, hence why I’ll call that part luck.  At any rate, she provided an email confirmation with the details regarding the move which gave me a peace of mind. Day 2, I received a call from their office inquiring if I would like to have their team come prior to the original schedule. (I love a proactive company!) Although I would have greatly appreciated ending the stress by moving earlier, I had prior obligations. On to the most important part, the crew arrives. The team consisted of Mike, Alex, Patrick, and Logan. Mike, whom I believe to be the lead associate, thoroughly explained the details of the contract and reiterated what role they would be taking on during my move. Additionally, Mike introduced me to each of the associates which made me much more comfortable. Mike asked me relevant questions during the walk through of my unit and set expectations for the crew. I recognize and value quality leaders. Mike is definitely one. These gentleman were incredibly adept, competent, diligent, and impressively tenacious in 100 degree weather. I was able to run errands and trust Mike, Alex, Patrick and Logan to efficiently and quickly move my belongings. Did I mention quickly? Within four hours, my 2 bedroom apartment was systematically and neatly moved from my residence to a storage unit. Mike and I assessed the final cost and even extended an invitation to use their service again when I return from vacation! I couldn’t be happier about this move! Each one of them made the process completely seamless on my end and were genuinely pleasant to be around. They had a great team camaraderie which I respected and greatly appreciated. 2 Brother’s Moving Service sent me the best team to work with. Mike, Alex, Patrick and Logan all exceeded my expectations and represented 2 Brother’s Moving Service amazingly. They all seemed to believe in providing excellence and that they did! I would recommend this specific team to all my friends, family, and clients. I hope this review serves future movers well. Cheers :)

We recently moved from downtown Portland (from a high rise) into a townhouse up along the Columbia. Additionally, we have only lived in Portland for a short period of time and did not have the first clue on who was reputable in the area that we could trust to move our personal belongings. After doing a bit of searching on the internet, I came across 2 Brothers and read some of the reviews -- EVERYTHING was so positive! After doing a bit more research and making a few calls to different companies, I spoke with Jonathan and found that not only was 2Brothers the MOST friendly and personable, they were also the most competitive in rates. After chatting with the hubs, I booked them right away. Jonathan answered all of my questions and made a recommendation for four movers for the day. (At first I was hesitant as we moved cross country with only 3 movers and seemed to do fine -- at the end of the move Im so, SO glad I trusted Jonathans suggestions and went with the team of four). And our team was the A TEAM!! Moving day arrived and in came Jahan, Lars, Nathan and Michael.... Weve moved a few times and I must say - these gentleman were well dressed and professional. That immediately put my nerves at ease for the long day ahead. The team immediately jumped into action and I was shocked at how quickly the the process moved. It was absolutely a full days work - which we knew it would be (weve got a lot of stuff)! Not only that - weve got some large furniture which needs to be dismantled and then reassembled on the other side. With each step - Jahan, Lars, Nathan and Michael took each piece of our furniture with care, as if it were their own! My husband and I were completely relaxed during the process - had a few laughs with the team and got to know a bit more about them. These young men are more than just movers - theyve got great heads on their shoulders! Really bright individuals... I had to go run some errands towards the end of the day and unfortunately I did not get to thank each of them personally as my husband did. Jahan, Lars, Nathan and Michael - I want to thank you for taking such great care of all of our belongings and making our moving day into our new home less stressful! We will absolutely utilize and recommend 2Brothers to friends in the future!

Amazing Services from the first phone call I made to the last second the truck left our driveway. We have never used a moving company before and had always moved everything on our own. Personally, we always thought that we could just save the money but, we were proven wrong with 2 Brothers! After moving into our apartment a year ago, we could not move everything down by our self. We lived on the 4th floor of an apartment that had no elevator & six flights of stairs and needed help. The day before the move, the front desk called and went over everything and confirmed the timing of arrival. Ryan, Pete & Ray arrived the next day at the exact time they told us they would be there. Upon their arrival, they were all very cleaned, nice and so well mannered. Always smiled through the whole move and so friendly. We went through every room for specific instruction. My husband and I still needed to unscrew a few furniture and thought we could do it while they were moving 50 boxes and the other bigger furniture pieces. However, they were so FAST and very strong that they actually finished and brought up their tool box and helped us dismantle the rest of the furniture. The great thing about it, was they were so efficient and so fast! I turned around for a few minutes and the whole bed frame was taken apart already. Amazing!!! I tried to to carry a few things, but every time one of the movers saw me, they would take it from me. I really did not have to do anything! Such an easy move! When arriving to the new house, they carried everything in carefully, placed a red carpet by the front hallway, placed all the boxes and items in the rooms that needed to go in. We left the house to go get some cash for tips as they only take Checks/Cash for tips. When we came back, all the furniture were assembled together in all the rooms, and everything was moved in. They are definitely PROs at this! We loved the services and their hard work so much that we did leave a generous tip for each person. We will never move on our own again and will use 2 Brothers for as long as we can get their services. Hands down, the BEST money we spent this year!

Moving is a daunting experience on a good day and when it involves moving out of a house in which youve lived for 27 years and traveling clear across the country to establish a new life, the experience can be overwhelming at best. Thank goodness for the incredible moving company, 2 Brothers. From our first contact with Jack and Lars to moving day with Travise, Eric, and Isaac, it has been the best experience possible. They were prompt, very courteous, efficient, thoughtful, and excellent movers. I received a phone call alerting me to their imminent arrival at my home as well as one informing me that the move of my belongings from the truck to the storage unit had been completed. They are a high quality company which truly believes in and delivers top notch customer service at a very fair price. Hardworking, nice people who care about the customers they serve and take pride in doing an exemplary job. I want to add an addendum to my earlier review. Today my belongings arrived at my new home in Connecticut. Ryan was our mover extraordinaire. He was absolutely phenomenal in every way. For starters, he drove our moving truck across the country by himself and also unloaded it alone. His communication with us from the start of his trip to his arrival in Hartford was excellent. He arrived on time and worked as fast as could be to get our goods into the house during a driving rain storm which didnt slow him down one bit. Ryans positive and friendly attitude plus his incredible work ethic were commendable. I cant give enough praise to all the people we worked with at 2 Brothers Moving for they were truly exceptional. It is so wonderful to work with a company who takes such pride in customer service, in training their employees so well, and who instills in their people the desire to do an outstanding job for every customer. To Ryan, Lars, Jack, Travise, Eric, and Issac, we give our sincere gratitude and appreciation for the exemplary job you did for us. We thank our lucky stars for the day we found your company.
