They are a horrible hair salon. I went in today to get only 2inches off my hair and I come out with 4inches off, I feel like a boy with my hair. My hair was so long and they just butchered it. Ive went here before and felt the same. I definitely recommend NOT going here. Brian the Manager is such an a$$hole and same with the other employers that work their. I simply asked for a refund and fought with them for a couple days to get my money back. Save yourself time, money and the horrible heartbreak of getting your hair butchered with no knowledge of hair cutting and customer service. 4/25/2014

The stylist who cut my teenage daughters hair did a great job. My daughter was unhappy with the cut of her bangs-I thought they looked great. We went back the next day (Monday 01/23) to get her bangs trimmed just a little shorter. The two stylists who were there were very rude. They refused to trim her bangs and told me to bring her back when the original stylist was back to work on Thursday. I took my daughter to another salon and paid for her bangs to be fixed. This took all of about 5 minutes. I will not be going to Regis Salon again. Very poor customer service.

I was just in there the day before yesterday...and never, never again. I dont know what kind of special training the hair stylist supposedly have but they sure arent any better then a simple 10 dollar hair cut. It look like she was cutting hair on one of those hair wigs...please Im not a helmet head and I like to wear my hair free. I ended up going to a "Perfect Cut" and had them fix it...like I said..Why pay 35 bucks when at "Perfect Cut" the haircuts are only 14...Geezs...

I got my hair cut and colored by Bjorg. The cut was great, everything I asked for. However, she didnt bleach my hair again when she dyed it silver and it ended up lasting less than a week before it was a nasty pale yellow-grey color. I paid around $100 at the salon for the cut/color and the "permanent" color lasted three washes. The service is mediocre and expensive. They do have beverages for the customers though.

This was my second appointment and I should have known better. My stylist was behind by 15 minutes(interpretation 45 minutes). I said I would be back in 15. Showed up after 20 and she is just starting to do the cut. I told the front desk person I had been waitin well behind my scheduled time and I was leaving. She said "okay, bye". Okay bye is right. I will spend $80 on a cut and at least have decent treatment.

Im difficult to work with due to many disabilities, but these ladies are amazing! Theyre fun, positive, and great at their job. You can see the pictures I uploaded - I had GREAT results. While there I saw other people who were long term clients. These ladies are professional and fun and they know how to make and keep you happy.

Bummer; I call in advance to ask if they take walk ins- they say 810pm is last time. I show up 15min later at 755pm and they tell me no more walk ins, theyre short staffed. I wouldnt have rushed out of dinner and drove straight over if they had been up front about time.

Not the best haircut Ive ever had but great for being in a mall. Stacy was a real pro, knew exactly what I wanted for my hair and did an excellent lip wax.
