I went to Yen about a week ago. She is cheap and uses the least amount of product she can to save money. She has no manners, She literally wont do what you ask her, and she wont fix it either, she insists on charging you for something she didnt do right in the first place. I literally went to Aveda, the beauty school, to fix what she did and they laughed at her "work". Shes a joke and I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to her.

I have been getting HAIR by Yen for about 15years. Ive never EVER had a more beautiful Weave than by her. Yen is the No 1 colorist along with No 2 Barb Armstrong (Salon 99)... Yen is fast concise adds a little extra flare by going tossing a but more co color at the roots . she has continually done me right & Ive had more compliments on my HAIR. Im a beautiful blonde Thanks To her cool current style & technique..

I grew up in Portland had my hair done for years by Yen. I moved to the east coast got five years and no-one could measure up so I just stopped coloring my hair. Im relocating to the Bay and Im so excited to be closer to Yen...I will be driving up every couple of months to get my hair cut and coloured. She is worth it.

Did wrong color on my hair!! And my mom did color in her hair but you can not see no color differance !!! Bad service! Isnt the custumer always right? They give attitude after i just asked about my color ready.. 181st and divison no good!
