Alena was great. She got me in first thing, no wait, took her time on the wash and condition, left me under the heating hood for a little extra time for my deep conditioning treatment. Offered water or tea. Was friendly, very easy to talk to. Then with my limited idea of what I wanted (I certainly know what I DONT want), she was able to give me a great haircut! I have curly, somewhat coarse, long hair. She was able to cut off dead ends without taking off TOO much and gave me more than a haircut. She took her time and sculpted my hair. She gave it volume and texture just like I asked. Afterward she gave me a great blow out. Alena also took great care in understanding what kind of products I like and dont like in my hair. She used minimal products at my request and Im still loving it. I cant wait to go back to her for upkeep. Thanks Alena!

I have been getting haircuts from Melissa for roughly ten years now. She is the best. I never plan on seeing a different hair dresser and I highly recommend her. Perfect example of her talents can be seen through my brother. My brother moved away to school and got one haircut by a lady other than Melissa. Since then, he wont let anyone but Melissa cut his hair; he now commutes 90 minutes to his haircuts in order to still see Melissa.

Found Alena on a Groupon. I wanted a salon professional cut, but on a budget. I was not disappointed! She is very nice, good at what she does. My hair is very thick and always feels dry to me. She used a conditioning pack of some kind that made my hair feel great, even after washing it again. She knows what she is doing, cut my very long hair exactly the way I wanted it. I will be going to her again.
