I was excited to get mine and my bridal partys hair done here for my upcoming wedding since its conveniently located right across the street from my venue. I set up an appointment and when I arrived whoever scheduled me did it with someone who doesnt even do bridal party consultations. She offered to help me the best she could taking all my information down and said shed have someone contact me the following day and email me with all the info of our appointment. No one ever called. Its been about 3 weeks now and still no one has contacted me. Ive tried calling and emailing and no one is responding to me. So Im done with this salon. Im now on the search for some place new. Really sucks because of the location but Id rather travel further to get better service. Never going there.

We had a large party having hair and make up done for a wedding at the Ainsworth house and gardens. They fit us all in for both hair and makeup and had us out in more than enough time to get everything else accomplished for the wedding. They did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend them for your formal events! Elements of style takes payments in the forms of check, cash or most major cards. Superb job ladies! You made Ashleys big day gorgeous!

Not very friendly, nor welcoming when I wanted to share about my product that would work in their establishment, they were talking behind my back, I caught a glimpse of them. I stopped my discussion and just offered a card to one of the ladies to look up if she might be interested. Especially the young lady doing the hair tinting

The Groupon laser hair removal doesnt work, it is a total scam!!!!! Works the same as a @ home hair removal device but the cost is 10 times higher. The technician offers such a good deal (in terms of cost) because it is not a laser but more like IPL which only takes a few minutes to do.

I purchased a groupon for a laser hair removal treatment for a large area . Price was very good, but results were not so great. Visits were very short, not thorough. The results were fairly disappointing. Now I need to go to another place to finish the job and get it done right.

I just dont know what to say. This is one of the worst places I have ever been to. Shops atomasphere is cool but the gal who did my hair was one of the WORST hair stylists Ive ever had!! Your better off with a blind person cutting your hair.

So far I have waited 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment. All I wanted was my roots to be done. I havent made it to my stylist chair so who knows how this will turn out
