I gave this salon a few chances to earn my repeated business and felt that the customer service was lacking. I have never worked with a salon that doesnt stand by the hair products that they recommend and allow their clients to spend money on. Be aware that if you by any of their products and they do not work for you you will not be able to return or exchange the product once it is opened. The stylists and staff are very good, but the poor customer service, made me not want to return.

Ive been going to Melissa at Chemel for almost 10 years. Shes great and so is her staff. I can go to anyone of the girls if Melissa isnt available and theyll do a wonderful job. Her salon is classy but still has a nice warm welcoming feel to it. My hair is a bit sensitive to color and shes always on the look out for what works best for me which I appreciate because I like to make changes to my color even if my hair doesnt like it. Shes the best. I wouldnt change a thing.

I was hesitant to go here as I dont have a regular hair stylist, but I have been in a few times now and I have always felt welcome. I have even gotten in at the last minute, and the gals were super nice about it! They usually offer tea if theres a wait, and are very friendly making it an enjoyable experience.

I came in for the Groupon smoothing treatment special. I have had the smoothing treatment before at other salons and love it! Chemel salon did not disappoint, it was easy to book a time to come in, the salon was clean and bright, and I was able to add on a haircut as well. No complaints here!

Before I discovered Chemel salon, dark hair and highlights always led to brassy hair. After a full consultation with Becky, my highlights are a beautiful carmel and have never turned brassy. That was about 7 years ago. I get compliments on my hair color all the time! Love it!!

My hair looks like crap because Rachel missed my entire appointment. Instead I had to have the receptionist straighten my hair, it looks terrible!!!!!! I DO NOT reccommend this place, they have officially lost my service.

I love this salon! My haircuts always look great when I wash-and-go, but Im also able to style for going out. My color always comes out amazing too!
