HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS BY MANAGER Any other day of the week if I was to come here I would have gotten the best service just like I have for over 13 years BUT the main guy that opened the store this morning wasnt nice and seemed like he was very irritated to even have to be at work at all..... I showed up at 9:53 a.m. and asked if my stylist was there today and he said yes so I took that as she was there just in the back maybe..... I walked towards the back room and stood there thinking maybe she was ready to come out in a minute and he looked at me weird while he was getting ready to cut somebodys hair and so I asked him again is she actually here and he said no. The whole time during this conversation he was sounding more and more irritated that I was even trying to talk to him..... I asked him if she would be there shortly and he said yes so I asked him would she be there at 10 and he said yes so I stood right outside the store doors and when she got there he did not let her know and she ended up having somebody else sit down to cut their hair... Once I finally got the chance to get my haircut he did not have a client in front of him so instead he sits at his front desk listening to videos on his phone very loudly and you could tell that even my stylist was irritated by it..... KIM THE STYLIST IS THE BEST EVER No one should have to get a haircut and have their stylist have to go through that with their client knowing that client is one that will tip her but I was very irritated by him and you could tell she was afraid I would not tip her Everyone should go straight to Kim she is the best and will treat you wonderfully if it was not for her I would not have gave three stars at all for my experience today

I PAID $150 FOR A ONE DAY PERM. The worst experience on my life. The lady that was working on my hair was very angry because she was "wasting" her time on a perm while the other ladies was getting more tips from more costumers, she was looking to the entrace and showing her upset when her partners was attended to others costumers and getting tips form them, she didnt try to hide her upset to me anytime, in fact, she didnt lose any chance to let me clear that. Also, she was very rude, till I talked with another person about her bad attitude, but she only stopped to be aggressive when working on my hair, no kindness or friendly. (I was considering a generous tip considering the time needed on my perm). I paid $150 for a ONE day perm. Next day the mostly of my hair was straigh as is but with a terrinle look, just a little curly in some parts and straigh from the middle to the ends. Nasty job. Terrible costumer service. Expensive and my hair now looks terrible by the poor quality of the products used on, it just looks a little curly when is wet but when becomes dry it looks worst than ever. I avoided to wash my hair for the next 2 days as she said and the perm lotion that she left on my neck hurt my skin, also she misplaced some rods and they broke a lot of my hair. I was really scared when I had to brush it. It was and still is a really nightmare. Definitely NO RECOMMENDABLE!!!

Went in for a hair cut just last weekend. The lady that cut my hair not only spent no time cutting my hair but I had to remind her that she not only missed my bang but also forgot to frame my face. the cut was less than 7 minutes. They had the guts to charge me 19 bucks for that hair cut!!. She only sprayed my hair lightly with water cut the bottom layer and tried to call it good. I felt like asking where she got her licenses..... She also did not speak English very well I know that sounds rude but she needs to be able to communicate with her customers and do what they ask. I should not have to remind her to cut my hair in the front, my bangs and to cut the top. Once she was done she didnt even blow dry it just pulled it in a pony tail and send me out the door. WORST SERVICE EVER. I would have rather gone to Great Clips!!!!! They should really charge less for a 7 min hair cut if they are going to do nothing else. I did time her considering I sent a text right before she started so I know how long it really took. It was beyond annoying I feel like I got ripped off.

I would never get a haircut at a chop-shop like this, I just went in to find some hair product and they guys working there are wierd and not helpful! They dont know very much about hair product. I needed a special shampoo and they picked out the crappiest clairol shampoo ( you buy at like sallys) and told me it was good. I knew better and didnt buy it, I bought something else instead. My friend bought a different purple shampoo because they didnt carry her usual one and they told her this one was better, and it wasnt! It sucked! It didnt even work, they know nothing. ALSO when checking out we were trying to be freindly and make conversation with the guy and he was very short and rude with us. I will never buy again from here. They are weird and ruuuuude!

Ive been getting my hair cut for 25 years and I have never been so repulsed by my reflection in the mirror. My mom, my sister, and my girlfriend have all cut my hair over the years, and they have messed it up pretty bad, but this is by far the most disappointed Ive ever been with my hair. If want to open a business in America, great, but it would be good to learn the native language so as not to screw over the locals. I went back in to get my money back, and they would not consider it. They told me that I got what I asked for. Wrong.

Be prepared to be amazed. Absolutely love this place. Friendly and talented stylists that take their time to get it right. You never feel rushed. Been coming here for several years and they are so consistent; great job every time. Perfect hair cuts time after time. Just let them know what you want or bring in a pic of your favorite style, and theyll bring it to life. Seriously, theyre able to do it all. This is an awesome place for the entire family. Even my boys look forward to hair cuts now.

This place is the worst place to have a womans hair cut but the best to go for mens.Unfortunately, its because all the guys that go in there are getting the exact same haircut so its kind of hard to mess up on a haircut style that you do all day on every guy that goes in there....

I have been coming here for about 5 years. Was married to a stylist/salon owner previously and was spoiled with a free quality cut. Took some time shopping around- spent $70 once to see how that went- and it wasnt worth it. Images does a great job- fast and cheap.
