I asked for the broken motor mounts on my car to be fixed. I informed them of my budget and left my car. I asked the receptionist to let me know if there were any other serious problems. The quote i got was just over $400 for the 2 mounts. She later called me and said that i needed several fluids flushed and spark plugs, fuel filter. I had just bought my car after 100,000 miles and am pretty sure i did not need the 100,000 mile service that they proceeded to do. They ended up only fixing one motor mount and wasted my budget doing things i didnt need. $505 later and one motor mount still is not fixed. They gave me a quote of $697 to fix the 2nd motor mount that i told them about initially. I will never go to this shop again. I am frustrated that the issue i went in for didnt get fixed. This shop was very vague on the phone as to what they were doing. They just wanted to upsell things and left several messages that were just confusing. When i confronted the receptionist apon picking my car up she was rude and said see i knew this was going to be an issue. The manager was not much help either i just wanted them to be upfront and not upsell me doing unnecessary things. And i had the expectation that the inital problem would be fixed.

Took our truck there based on the reviews I read here... VERY dissapointed. We are traveling from out of town, and had issues with our truck. I was charged $160 to be told, we didnt find anything wrong. Well, obviously, something is still WRONG with our truck. Took it to another shop it town, they fixed our issue. Lesson learned... Talk about being taken advantage of....

They try to fit me in no matter how busy they are, they are always honest with me about what I need to fix now and what can wait. They will explain exactly why something needs done. I trust them, and I really appreciate knowing that there are honest mechanics ready to help me when I need them.
