This place is AWESOME!! I cant speak enough about this companys integrity and business ethics. I heard a strange noise coming from the rear of my car, but only when going in reverse. I explained that I had just purchased new tires, but didn’t trust the retailer to fix this if they had broken it in the first place. I also explained that I was from out of town and concerned with the noise as it might impair my trip back to Denver. He quickly put my car on a lift and fixed the problem. There was a plastic piece that was jarred out of place when the tires were replaced. He fixed fix the problem and the noise along with my fear were gone. He couldve charged me whatever, but he insisted on a handshake. Everyone always says that finding a good mechanic is always tough to find....I have since recommended them to my family that still live in Vegas, and now to you as well – Its wonderful to know there are still good, non-corporate, mechanics out there!!

I drove down to Vegas from Reno in my lexus 300 2003 which I absolutely love! Unfortunately the old girl started miss firing from beatty to vegas, so I googled lexus repair in vegas and found several businesses that said they could see me in a day or two but Trusted Imports was able to see me that day, and its a good thing they could since I COULD NOT miss my appointment the next day. The service guys were great and made sure they took care of all my concerns before I left. The old girl was back to new and I was all smiles - only $240 later, not too shabby Trusted Imports! If Im ever in Vegas and need my lexus serviced or have general maintenance I will be using this company, you should too!

I was told I needed some repairs from my dealership so I took it to Andrew at Trusted Imports to get it checked out. He gave my car a thorough inspection and valuable second opinion. I felt zero pressure and very informed throughout the whole experience. I was skeptical, as the ratings for this business are almost -too- perfect, but he has earned every single star he has. One of the two repairs the dealership suggested was not necessary at this time, but the other was. He did my struts and shocks very quickly and for a very fair price. My xB drives noticeably better and Ill definitely be returning for all future repairs.

I took my Scion XD here after reading such great reviews. Its difficult to find a trust worthy shop nowadays so I decided to take a chance. I was on my way to the shop and my battery happened to die in the parking lot behind Andrews shop. We were able to call him and he came out to find us and jump start the car into the garage. I was impressed by his honesty and patience with us. He was also able to accomadate our situation since I had to be at work later that day, which was incredible since he already had 3-4 cars ahead of us. Andrew was very professional and so kind. I would definitely come back here.

Needed my AC fixed ASAP and Andrew opted to stay late and have it ready the next morning. I was so impressed, I asked him to fix the brakes and water pump too. Totally forgot my brakes were almost gone. Andrew was courteous enough to remind me about it and show pictures with how dangerously slim the brake pads were. He still got all of that done, working between other vehicles while waiting for their parts. Andrew is honest, fair, and has an awesome work ethic! Thank you!!!

5 star experience with Trusted Imports the other day. I was impressed with how fast they got the rotors replaced and put new brake pads in. I also needed a oil change and the mechanic did a fantastic job with both in a little under an hour. Pretty cool since I have a lot going on during the day especially since they were so quick. If you want an auto repair shop that specializes in Toyota and Lexus repairs - this is your spot!

Ive been taking my late model Lexus here for some time now and Andrew has always taken great care of me. Hes highly knowledgeable about import cars and is easier to talk to than service representatives and mechanics at large dealerships. My wife and I have used Trusted Imports for out toyota and lexus repairs. Since moving to las vegas in 1999 Andrew has been taking excellent care of us and our vehicles. He is always fair and on time no matter what! Way more than I can say for other vendors in this town. All in All he gets 5 stars for being and excellent mechanic and auto repair shops.

I called 3 repair shops and none of them answered! I know its thanksgiving day weekend end everyone is on vacation but people still have car probs!!! Where to start with Trusted Imports A Independent Toyota Lexus Scion Service Center? They have helped with my auto electric in my old scion tc and now they just repaired the timing belt and alternator my my new Toyota corolla. Andrew is great to work with and will be honest if something can wait to be replaced. Its nice to find trustworthy "small town" service in a big city! They have an air conditioned waiting room as well and only a short walk from coffee shops when wed rather wait somewhere else!
