I am from Iowa, and just before I moved my dad bought me new tires for my car/the half way across the country journey. I knew Id need an oil change when I got into Corvallis and went to the big name company my mom happened to work for... after the oil change they came out and told me it looked like my tires were starting to wear and Id need to replace them soon! LITERALLY within 2 weeks of buying new tires and they had been bought at the company I went to. (Way to show your product will last) My then boyfriend told me to try Trusty cuz hed been going there for a while and I havent turned back since! Great customer service and Chris tells you up front what cost will probably be and doesnt try to over dramatize to make a sale. Very satisfied!!

Took my 06 VW Jetta GLI to get an oil change. Ended up needing to replace a wheel bearing which they pointed out. Ive been hearing a low key washing sound coming from my wheel but thought nothing of it. Called around and they were the cheapest to replace it. For what I payed for both the replaced wheel bearing (with labor) and the oil change is what I would have payed for the wheel bearing alone anywhere else. Good honest people. Thought I would have to leave it overnight, ended up being done within a couple hours. Will definitely come back for any future mechanical issues.

I was told by a friend to go here and was very impressed. The estimate they gave me was within a few dollars and the owner was very kind. He gave me a ride to work when I dropped the car off and picked me up when he was finished. I came back a couple months later for an oil change and he even remembered me by name. Ive been to several other shops, and this one has the best customer service by far.

I dont know cars and I hate shops because I always feel like Im getting hustled. A friend told me to go here, and Ive been happy. Brought in Tercel that hasnt started in over a year and three other mechanics. They had it running the same day and it cost about the same as a radiator service. The employees were polite and courteous. Will go back again.

I went to go get my air conditioner ready for the hot days. Once I got there they they told me I would pay 560$ I trusted them but, they failed me. They left it the same and the air conditioner still isnt work. Instead they put extra parts that werent needed. I strongly dont recommend this place to fix your car. They arent as trusty as there title.

Trusty Auto Repair is great! Chris the owner is friendly and experienced. He is always there to help with my car troubles. Great shop! He has repaired my car a few times and it is always in a timely manner and at a fair price. He has also helped me on the phone when it was just a simple fix! Great place to go for your automotive needs.

Ive taken my car to Trusty for the last 4 years. Hes always able to fix it quickly and for a fair price. I even take my beast there for oil changes. :) I like them so much and told my boss.. now theyre now my companys go to shop for repairs on their vehicles and bus.

Great staff. Christ is very helpful for a new bee like me. I found his store accidently in google and he took care of the ciggaret lighter in less than 20 mins without any charge. Everything works perfect now for my mini cooper. I strongly recommend this store.

Seemed like a really honest mechanic. Checked out my car and ran the check engine codes and didnt charge me a thing. I will be back for sure.
