Autozone is pretty amazing i go in to any of there stores and leave with what i need. Im sorry that people choose to get upset over getting there to early or right before closing and things dont go so well... Life isnt perfect and no person is perfect but really. Some people are just tired and had a long day everyone is mean to another person once in there life atleast that... Sam i feel is a hard working, stand up guy and he probably didnt mean anything wrong. He helps alot of people when im in there and dosnt stop till the job is done. People may have a bad one time incounter with a customer but im sure That store does more good for people then bad. Autozone and its workers diserve more credit then this. Thank you Autozone.. And Thank you SAM for keeping me on the road safe. Keep up the good work.

Incredibly rude. It was 7:55 am so I decided to wait for them to open at 8. At 8:05 the enter door was still locked but someone (not an employee) came out the exit door. I came into the store via the exit door and called out "hello?" A young man with a beard showed up behind the counter and our conversation went like this: Salesman: Can I help you? Me: Hi, didnt know if you were quite open yet. Salesman: Were open. Me: Ok, but your entrance door is still locked. Salesman: Well, youre in here arent you? I told him what I thought of his customer relations skills and turned around and left.

Average customer service skills wanting for additional knowledge to make an informed and helpful parts store. They are not quite there in being able to get troubleshooting, parts location and sales accomplished more efficiently and with only a single trip to be ready to complete your project and repairs. Also has a variety of accessories and tools to get the job done and personalize your cars,trucks, boats, etc.

If you have a lot of time to waste and enjoy a rude thankless wait staff, this is the place to go. Lack of stock on hand, games over check-out (only one cash register accepts cash) and rude beyond belief employees make this place a real showstopper. Fortunately, I can vote with my wallet and take my business elsewhere.

The service was quick and efficient, but they didnt have anything we needed for either of our 2 vehicles on eof which is not an uncommon car. They were helpful, but we had to go to another AutoZone to get what we needed which just felt like a waste.
