I had only used the shop for oil changes for a couple of years and was quite happy with the job and being done in a timely fashion. Our car had a problem with an almost constant, for two years, check engine light being on and having to instruct gas station attendants to use the slowest fill speed. It would still cut off a couple of times before the tank was full. Took it into Rocket, told them my problem and made an appointment. They called me 7 hours later and told me to come get my car. When I got there, they told me they had been unable to find or fix the problem and suggested I take it to the dealership to have the fuel pump/filter replaced because they had never done one and didnt feel comfortable doing something that would cost me a lot of money and, they may not do it 100% correctly. Since they couldnt find a problem to fix. they told me there was NO CHARGE! First time that has ever happened to me at any garage. I needed three, normal maintenance work jobs done and, since we only have the one car, made a date so it could all be done on the same day. I got a call before 4 pm and the bill was less than I had anticipated it would be. A company of integrity and faithful to its promises. Plus. Very happy all around

We have taken all three of our vehicles there for a few years now and have had everything from oil changes to major engine work done. They are simply the best. They know what they are doing and the quality of the work is top notch. They are reliable, friendly and most of all honest. They dont play games and take advantage of customers who may be less knowledgeable about vehicle repair. You always know up front what they are going to do and how much it will cost. It is a family owned and run business, and I cant be more emphatic about how nice it is to have a business of this caliber here in Monmouth.

Excellent and timely service. Great prices. I enjoy dropping my vehicle off at a home town, family owned and operated repair shop, and getting great service to boot! I typically drop off my vehicle for an oil change or other service the night before, and they have it done the next day. The only time I have had to leave a vehicle for an extended amount of time is when a part that is needed it a day or two out. As soon as the parts are in, they get it done. Thank you :)

We have been using Rogers, now Rocket, since 1996 and they have done almost all of our car care from oil changes to, recently, a fixing a rear gear box on our pickup. For us they are a great value as their fees are reasonable and they help us keep our older -- 2001 and 2002 -- vehicles running well. I appreciate that it is a family operation and locally owned; part of what makes Monmouth/Independence a great place to live or, in our case, retire.

The mechanic is nice, but hes very slow. It took him 24 hours to complete an oil change and check up. When he found a couple parts needed to be replaced he didnt even seem to want to fix the car. I picked the car up, and its running smooth with the parts replaced 4 days after I brought it in. I would only recommend this shop as a last resort. He will fix your car, but doesnt seem to put in his best effort.

Ive been there several times and each time they diagnosed the problem and fixed it first time. The prices have been fair, lower than I expected. Once they even told me about a coupon in the paper for the service theyd just completed for me and then gave me the coupon price even though I had not known about it or requested it. Nice to have a mechanic I can trust.

I have been using Rocket Auto for over 10 years. Their service is excellent. Prices are very reasonable. I never feel I am being something sold I dont need. Quite often it is the opposite. I am so happy to have a place in town I can take my vehicles to and believe I am being treated fairly. This can be a hard thing to find.
