I was on the leg of my trip from Seattle to Seaside, I had stopped at a gas station, filled up and took off. Unbeknownst to me, my front driver side tire piked up a nail. Fortunately, we made it to Seaside, and in the morning I took my car to Les Schwabs. I hadnt even turned off the engine when Hank came out, greeted me and asked what the problem was. I explained the situation, and he said that they could get it taken care of within fifteen minutes. Fifteen minutes later, the tire was patched, and as I went to the counter to pay for the patch job, Hank explained that there wouldnt be any charge. I dont know if Ill ever make it back out to Seaside from Minneapolis, MN, but if I do and I need anything tire related... theyll be my first stop.

The guy who helped me was AWESOME!!! I was on my way out of town on a long trip. I noticed the other day my front right tired was looking lower than normal. I tried to fill it up with air at a gas station/convenience store but it didnt seem the air was taking. When I stopped at this store, one of the guys, I forgot his name, came out to ask me how he can help. I told him the issue and he then he came back in 15 minutes and the tire was as good as new. There was a screw that got stuck on the tire. Thank you so much for fixing my tire and making my drive more safer. I will always recommend this store and I personally will be coming back when it come to buy new tires. Thank you again. Chris Mullen

Second visit same great service. Different request on my part this time. Just a change out bringing 5 new jeep take offs I purchased to put on my jeep. There were problems with my tire sensors. Sam (the manager) had new ones sent from schwab headquarters in Prineville. He went way beyond. Hank and Brian the installers did an awesome job on my jeep. Calls back etc. keeping me informed all the way. Hard to find this kind of service anymore. Just go to seaside schwab everything will be great.

While on vacation in Seaside I discovered a slow leak in my tire. Les Schwab was recommended. Fabulous recommendation! They were wonderfully helpful. It took them a little bit of time because they were afraid Id ruined the tire driving to their shop. They were able to save the tire and fix the leak. And, they did not charge me I highly recommend this shop.

We are from out of town and needed our tires balanced and rotated. We went in to Les Schwab and were out in 15 minutes. There was no charge because the tires were purchased at our Les Schwab, albeit in another state. They didnt even ask for a receipt. They were very friendly and courteous. We LOVE Les Schwab and this one is no exception!

Always super friendly service. The bathroom is exceptionally clean. They performed a pre-trip check and I really liked how they explained each item on the list, for example the percentage of wear on the brakes. Free WiFi and lots of magazines. Definitely the best service for this type of establishment.

As a first time customer I am truly disappointed in the customer service. I was not shown the tires, was not given any information at all. Had to ask the guy if there was anything else as he just stood and stared blankly at me. I will NOT use this location again and will warn others to steer clear.

I had a slow puncture from a nail on my ford and took it in to this Les Shwab. They were friendly and took the vehicle in to have a look. about 25 mins later they had patched the tire at no charge which really surprised me. If i ever have a tire problem when im in the US ill take it to a Les Shwab.

Great experience. Took care of a tire that had a small screw lodged inside. Since we spent our day at the beach we had our dog with us and had no problem with her being inside while we waited. They were quick and sealed the tire so we could be on our way :)

Totally unhelpful. I tried to return some chains never used bought a few days earlier and they would not take them back. Tires for trucks are $500 more than Tire Factory their opposition. Will never go any Les Schwab anywhere, should be be named Les Rob.

Les Schwab in Seaside OR. Picked up a screw on the drive down. Stopped in and they had me fixed up and back on the road in minutes. Very friendly and helpful staff. These guys were great and I highly recommend them. Thank you!
