My family and I were camping at Lake Wenatchee over the 4th of July weekend and my dads water pump went out in his SUV. I called all over Leavenworth to see if any auto shop would be availble to fix it but of coarse Friday July 5th everyone was either already closed or not availble to fix this until Monday which would not work because we were going home Sunday. Fortunately for us my dad knows alot about cars and how to fix them. So we went to Napa autoparts to get the part but my dad could not get of the fan to the water pump. You need special tools to do this. So Napa reffered us to Icicle Valley Automotive which they appeared to be closed or at least busy for the holiday weeked however they went out of there way to help us get the fan off of the part so my dad could repair his car. I offered them money but they would not take it. It was truely a blessing that they were able to help us so we could get home. Thanks so much Icicle Valley Automotive.

Tim and his team at Icicle Valley Automotive were a lifesaver for me and my 3 friends vacationing in Leavenworth, WA. My transmission went out very unexpectedly about 30 miles south of Leavenworth. After being towed to our hotel to empty our luggage from the car, AAA gave us the name of Icicle Valley for the work. The next morning Tim very kindly brought us a couple of items wed left in the car. He diagnosed the problem that same morning and gave us recommendations. After learning it would be about $700 to tow the car back to Portland, OR, I decided to have it fixed at Tims shop. He kept me up to date on how things were going and was very encouraging when I was down about the car problems. He was great to work with, very honest and he and his crew did a great job! I am very happy with the work done and highly recommend Tim and his shop, Icicle Valley Automotive!!

We just had the unfortunate experience of a rear wheel screeching and smoking on the way up Stevens Pass but the most fortunate experience of having the car towed to Icicle Valley Automotive. The car was dropped off after hours by the tow truck and we got a hotel for the night. I called Icicle Valley Automotive at 7:00 am the following morning and they were already at work. I described the noise and they said they would take a look at it. The problem was a stuck emergency brake but they did not have the part to fix it so they disconnected the emergency brake and put the parts in a box for us. They charged us for half an hour of labor and we were on the road by 8:30 am. It is great to have honest, hard working, local business owners and employees who take care of their customers. We definitely recommend Icicle Valley Automotive in Leavenworth. Our old van broke down during a camping trip near Leavenworth recently. Tim at Icicle Valley Automotive turned what could have been a nightmare situation into a pleasant experience with his graciousness, honesty and solid repair work. He was able to quickly diagnose and repair our van...at a very fair price. Honestly one of the best mechanic experiences weve had...bonus that it was when we needed it most!

Tim and crew are great. Ive used them for several years and they just became my heroes again. My car overheated on a Sunday, and by Monday afternoon hed replaced the radiator and had me back out on the road! Theyre professional, friendly, reasonable and clearly very knowledgeable. These guys are simply amazing . We got stranded while skiing. Brought the car to them, and even on a holiday (mlk) they bent over backwards to help us, find parts , troubleshoot our battery, full red carpet service. HIGHLY recommend these guys. Stand out people.

Driving in from Wallace Falls our van started making a horrible clunking noise. These guys dropped what they were doing, took our van for drive and gave us their thoughts. They tightened the lug nuts and said, "Youre good to go." They didnt charge us a dime!
