Dear Christian I believe your a great mechanic , very intelligent but common sense isnt your strong point . Please hire a guy that is a customer support if you ask why ? I will ..yes share with you why =) . Your truly a great guy with cars mechanically. But you must learn that my car should not have oil on the seats ,floors , and doors .My car window was left down in a rain storm. Get a guy to receives and secures your customers vehicles prior to you working on them such as putting down paper mats on seats and floors to make sure customers car is in good hands while the mechanic focus on the real stuff =) ! If you can do this I will change my stars to 5 Thank You for fixing my blazer .

Taking a road trip to Portland from Seattle and the car started having issues just before Tacoma. We made it there and parked in a Costco parking lot to figure out what had happened. Stranger asks us whats wrong, tells us to go here. The mechanics were awesome, knew exactly what the issue was, luckily an easy fix and they were able to help us within an hour and we were back on the road. Havent had any issues since and I am so thankful for everything that happened while in Tacoma. Thanks to whoever fixed our car for us!!

I took my car there to get a blown head gasket fixed and even paid the deductible on the warrantee just to find out that the head gasket was still leaking and was still running poorly. Ill never go there again.
