Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and gracious. For all of you that are not mechanically inclined, like myself, and have found yourself at the mercy of a mechanic that tells you what needs to be done to repair your vehicle and all you can do is accept it because your knowledge of engine repair is limited, take it to Two Crows Auto Repair and you will receive honest, reliable, and quality vehicle repair. A couple of weeks ago I took my family on vacation to Seaside, OR for a short get away with a newly purchased vehicle to test it out on a long drive. Unfortunately, on my return home my vehicle over-heated about 10-15 miles outside of Seaside and I was forced to pull over on the side of the road; in a no cell coverage area (of course). Not too long after breaking down, a State Trooper (Officer Dyer) pulled over to assist me and informed me that he knew an auto repair shop that was honest and produced quality work. Officer Dyer contacted the owner (Doc), who dispatched a tow truck to rescue me and my family. We arrived at Two Crows Auto Repair around 5:45 PM, as they stayed open late waiting for us to arrive. Once we arrived, Doc and his wife greeted us and assured us that they would do all that they could to find the most inexpensive prices for any parts required. Immediately, I felt a sense of relief due to their professionalism and graciousness. The next morning Doc called me to inform me of the issues and the prices for each part required to get me back on the road to return home, and more importantly, his advice on what he would do if he were in my situation. His advice saved me a lot of money that he could have pocketed but he didn’t; he was not only honest, but also very helpful with connecting me with people he knew to get me home safely. Here I am stuck in an area where I do not know anyone, a hundred miles from home, and Doc took the time out of his busy schedule to link me up with people to get me out of a bad situation. Doc went above and beyond of what is expected of an owner of an auto repair shop and I was very fortunate to end up at his business. The best car repair service I have ever received, hands down. Two Crows went above and beyond with their caring attitude, affordable rates, and quality work. My friend and I were driving to the coast from Portland when the brakes stopped working very well. Desperately needing the car to be looked at, we checked Yelp to see the number one car repair in the area and found Two Crows. I am so glad that we chose them. It turned out the brake cylinder was completely shot and was hard to disassemble, but they still got us on the road back to Portland the same day. They worked on the car for more than five hours but only charged us two hours of labor! They went two hours over what they had predicted, but that was because of the degree of damage that the cylinder was in and how gingerly they had to disassemble it in order not to hurt anything further that couldnt be replaced that day. They gave us updates and explained everything that was needing to be fixed. All in all, it was very affordable and a great value, plus their customer service was stellar. They asked us to text them when we got safely back to Portland too so they knew we were OK. More than being a great auto repair place, they were caring people. Thank you Two Crows for helping us out so much.

Two Crows Auto Repair definitely saved our day! When it was time to head home after a wonderful beach vacation, the car had other plans. Terry from NAPA suggested we try to get a few blocks down the road to Two Crows. Within in minutes of coasting into the driveway we had a diagnosis and cost for repair. After Doc learned that I was to catch a flight out of Portland in a few hours they started working on it immediately. The car was ready to go before we had even finished our breakfast. He even offered to give us a ride to the restaurant! We couldnt believe we were back on the road so fast. Thank you so much to Olivia, Doc and crew for all that you do! I even made my flight :)

Excellent customer service that exceeds any other mechanic Ive been to. My car broke down late at night and had to get it towed to this shop which was recommended by the tow truck driver. Left my name and number and received a call first thing in the morning letting me know what was wrong. Noticing my out of state plates, he even offered to get us back on the road the same day! If we lived closer hed definitely be my go to mechanic.

They were very nice, had a small problem where my car was sputtering really bad and kept dying on me when I barely pressed the gas and apparently the problem was a cracked tube I dont exactly what it was but they replaced the tube for free! I appreciate it more than you know considering im from Idaho and my car is my only way home, once again thank you so much:)

My subaru broke down near seaside, Doc tried to help me out but even though he was friendly, he and his team spent a week trying to fix the transmission whereas it was the engine block that was broken. I fixed the car later on somewhere else but lost 10 days in Seaside for no reason. At least they didnt charge me for their inneficacy.

They were all super nice, they were able to check my car and fix it not only the same day, but had fixed and running great again in less than 3 hours! It was less costly than I expected and its guaranteed! I cant say how much it makes me feel better or how much I appreciate them!!! I highly recommend them ;-)
