i called a week in advance to make sure kryolan paint was available.my client called and was reassured that it was ordered for her for halloween.the day before halloween,they messed up the order,and didnt have any of the paint they told her they had.it was embearassing.they gave her a bunch of ben nye dye and were really apologetic,but the damage was done.the woman on the phone promised us it wasnt a problem,but it was for the failing,befuddled hollywood lights store,which i will never ever depend on again.as a pro,dont make the mistake i did-steer clear of these holiday wreckers.thank god it wasnt for a theater production

Ive used HL for over six years now. I purchase my stage makeup from them, and they are always so helpful and knowledgeable. If you want good attitudes, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and a good selection (you can always order it if they dont have it in stock!) this is your place!

Whenever I am in need of a specific make up item, or any other performance item, Hollywood Lights has always been ready and available to meet that need. The staff are super nice, and really funny, and I enjoy shopping there.

Fantastic selection of theatrical makeup and lights. Great fun to just look around at all the cool stuff. Might be possible to find lower makeup prices, but not and have the same selection available.
