I called because several of my overhead lights and outlets had suddenly stopped working. Instead of immediately sending someone out and charging me at least their 1-hour minimum, Tim told me a couple of things I could try to diagnose and correct the problem myself. Took me less than half an hour to get everything working again, and they didnt charge me a dime. I will definitely call Jarmer the next time I need electrical help.
