Is zero stars possible? I have been to the location physically at least 4 times and have called more than a dozen times because my carrier will not deliver to my home. For awhile, my mail was consistently returned to senders, and now its not even always going back, just not getting to me. (That doesnt seem legal...?) She does not like the proximity of my dogs to the front door (which is where the mail slot is), and I refuse to have to pay for an official box when I will only live here a couple more months due to the landlord shortly refurbishing. So I followed the suggestion of one of the many managers that I spoke to in person, and we have a good sized box on the front porch out of the rain, marked MAIL. She refuses to use it. So on the one day a week that another carrier is working, I get my mail. This is bull***t. I do not have the time to follow up on this daily, but they are leaving me no choice, as its been going on for weeks. I rarely write bad reviews, but this one became unavoidable because no one will take action.

I am so tired of this...We are constantly getting other peoples mail which we then deliver to them, but I have to wonder how much of our mail with potentially personal information (or worse yet applications for CCs) is going to other people in our neighborhood. Now theyve even lost our end-of-year tax form from the mortgage company. #fail. I actually got someone elses MEDICATION the other day and when I happened to see the mailman and gave it to him to be re-delivered, he said, "oh man I was having such an off day yesterday. this happened in a bunch of places." What?

They didnt even attempt to deliver the package to me, and there was no note. The tracker was updated at 7 PM saying the facility had accepted it for pick up at 3:01. I had text message alerts - would have been nice to have had it delivered at 3:01 when my other USPS package was delivered.... Weve also had important tax documents go missing and never delivered to us, not to mention that after we reported a claim for it, we mysteriously got a new mail person, who may or may not come by on a day to day basis. This post office should be investigated.

Instead of knocking and delivering the parcel to my apartment, they left a note detailing where I could pick it up? I was home all day but they didnt even bother knocking! Will rewrite after I pick up my package. Edit: had to pay a small fee and package was pretty roughed up, wouldve been a lot easier to just leave it in my mailbox. Further Edit: I realise theyre super busy and the post offices are stretched pretty thin here. Other than that one incident theyre generally great (avoid going right before close, its ALWAYS packed).

Not so bad... like all post offices, avoid during busy times to avoid long lines. However there IS a self-help machine here... and rarely more than one person in line to use it. Ive used it consistently, had great results, really takes the stress out of going to the post office... as long as it isnt a huge package, and not too heavy, it is the perfect alternative to sitting in line with the rest of the world. You can also buy stamps! Win.

Ive put vacation holds on our mail for probably 30 times over the last 10 years. USPS from this station has followed directions on the hold maybe half the time. They either start the hold a day or two too soon or fail to follow directions for delivery at end of hold. Weve repeatedly had pkgs mis-delivered and we have to go swap mail with our neighbors a few times a month because our carrier apparently cant read numbers (?).

This USPS station should be investigated! The carriers do NOT make an attempt to deliver parcels to disabled persons in apartment buildings, choosing instead to leave a note that the parcel can be picked up at the post office. The employees at this station have a surly attitude toward the public. When they start shutting down post offices, this one should be first!!!

Dont mail any gift cards for pick up at your home and hopefully delivery anywhere else. This is the second time "cards have not arrived". I am out an expensive card and two expensive gift cards thanks to the USPS. I had to repurchase everything for a friend for her birthday. This is not the first time my "mail has been lost", this is just the most expensive.

I accidentally underpaid the postage on an important DMV letter and dropped it into the mail slot. After finding out, I rushed back to the station and the mail officers were incredibly kind and patient. They dug out my envelope from the pile and let me update my postage. These guys are really the best!

Worst service I have experienced in a very long time. Very inconsiderate to their customers time. Avoid this place if you can. Nguyet is very nice and tried to be helpful while Lisa was quite the opposite. Very rude and aggravating. Spent 30 minutes on what shouldve taken 5.

always out of the one box i need. also, while standing in line I could hear one of the girls working complaining about not having had her break yet. As someone that also works in customer service, I cant imagine complaining in front of customers about not having a break.

Post man left my package near my trash cans. I live in an area with heavy homeless traffic. Needles to say i never received my package. Why would you put a package near the trash to begin with. That makes it public domain to the homeless.

They said they would send my package yesterday and they never did. What they did not make clear was that they do deliver on Sundays and if we knew that I would have gotten it today instead of picking it up tomorrow. Worst service. Ever.

Stopped delivering mail to our home because of an incident with our neighbors dog. Have to drive a different neighbor to the station weekly. No timeline on a resolution a month in. The people deciding always seem to be on vacation.

Very good location, but sometimes hard to get to if youre coming from the west (turning left off Sandy). Decent lot and street parking. My wife prefers this location over Irvington due to the staff, machines, and better supplies.

I believe that my mail carrier is responsible for 2 missing checks.I personally watched him take my mortgage payment and the bank did not receive it.In the same week someone sent me a check and I have not received it.

Sent a package to Arkansas and for some reason these people put it on a truck to be delivered to Portland Oregon. So now my package is 5 days late. At least. I guess they cant read the difference between TO and FROM.

Overworked, under payed, poorly prepared. The workers here are tired and jaded, yet they continue to provide acceptable service. Lines are always long, and supplies are usually not available. Prepare accordingly.

We have been getting our mail past 6pm and that is not acceptable. Last week we did not get our Wednesday grocery ads until Friday evening. So much for $5.00 Friday at Safeway.
