I sent a package to Corte Madera June 8. The package has yet to be delivered! They delivered it to a business before the business even opened at 10. I went and scheduled a redelivery. Online it still says redelivery will occur June 11 -- that was 7 days ago. Its sitting their shelf somewhere! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!

The carrier jammed a package into my mailbox rather than use the larger bin for larger mail which is right beneath the boxes. I cant budge the box nor get at the mail underneath it. This is real incompetence.
