I had trouble with a package which had been given a false address on it when ordered online (which was 100% my mistake. I mis-typed my zip code.) So my package ended up almost 5 miles away and was being sent back to the sender address. I quickly called to stop it from getting too far, and after calling through about 6 different usps buildings, this is the one that had my package and i spoke to a very kind woman over the phone and explained my situation. She was very generous and understanding and had my package sent to my local post office so that it could be delivered to my house. normally i dont post reviews about anything, but this one deserved my thanks.

After assuring me that they would get my absentee ballot application to its destination in a timely manner, they decided to wait 5 days before mailing it. By the time it got there, the deadline had passed, and I can no longer vote in this election. Grossly negligent and sickeningly incompetent. Do not use for anything of any importance.

As far as my experience with USPS goes, this place has exceeded my expectations. Big bonus is that theyre usually open until 6:00pm! I notice a reviewer was upset because theyre not open on Saturdays, but its posted very clearly in their operating hours... so maybe hes just mad he didnt see that. XD

We asked them to hand cancel our wedding invitations here. We put a lot of effort into making the envelopes nice, and they assured us they would. They put them in the "no machine" bin. Every single one of our invitations went through a machine and ended up getting smashed and covered in black marks.

There is a post office closer to my house, but I prefer to use this branch whenever possible. The staff is much more pleasant here. Its worth going out of my way for the superior service.
