We were hit with a virulent virus that wiped out our computer in no time. The folk at Geeks and Nerds knew exactly what to do. They went above and beyond in their service, including sending tech support to the house to help us set up the repaired computer until such time that we replaced it (with their help). They knew our needs so well that they were able to transfer information to the new computer with ease - and again came to the house to set things up and make sure everything worked. And boy do they work. The new system they provided us is fantastic! You dont see the kind of personal service that we got with Geeks and Nerds these days. I am happy that we buy local, especially with the service oriented business like these folk. Thank you!

Took HP Tablet in to have sound checked. Cameron waited on me and said he would get back to me on the problem. He did call back the next day and explained in detail the status of the space on the hard drive. I ask for his recommendation and he made several suggestions. I decided to reformat the hard drive and reinstall 8.1. After a day or two he called and gave me the status on the reinstall and updated drivers. Again, he clarified the progress and would call me when the tablet was ready. The tablet works great. Cameron gave me what I consider "over and above" customer service. This the second time I have used the Geeks n Nerds to service my computers. I would recommend them to provide computer service and repair.

I have called Geeks N Nerds a few times for computer/electronics help, and brought my laptop in for a repair as well. I love that they are so helpful even over the phone. They always give me great advice in order to help save me money - and I think the fact that theyre willing to be up front and say, "This will be cheaper for you," even if it means I wont be giving them money, says so much about their customer service. Its all about helping you, not helping themselves. They did a great job on fixing the trackpad on my laptop, as well, and even called me to follow up and make sure it was still working properly. I really strongly recommend Geeks N Nerds for all your electronics needs!

Several months ago, we were in the market for a new home computer. After getting discouraged with the limited expertise and the high-pressure sales tactics of the big corporation, we decided to talk to a local computer store. Geeks n Nerds listened to our needs and they were able to build a custom computer that met our needs and was priced competitively. They did the transfer of files from our old computer and delivered and installed the new computer in our home. The personal service, technical expertise, pricing, and the warranties provided by Geeks n Nerds is excellent. Do yourself a favor and do business with a local company. I highly recommend Geeks n Nerds.

John and Dolly provide excellent computer service. They keep you informed of your computer issues, the progress of the repairs, and offer suggestions to consider for your best computer performance. They have supported the lifespan of an aging computer and they have built a new one that was perfect for what was needed. The service has been timely, thorough, and dependable. John and Dolly are easy to talk with on the phone and willing to talk through options and answer questions. During computer stress times, John and Dolly have a calmness as they go into action to solve the computer mysteries. I know my computer will be well taken care of in their hands.

My computer got more and more sluggish, taking a long time to retrieve and open applications and finally got to the point that nothing would open. I tried and failed to get to the root of the problem; my solution was to unplug the whole thing and take it to Geeks N Nerds. They discovered a huge infestation of bugs and even a Trojan. Wow....how did that happen? Never mind, they did their magic and now Im happily back up and running in only one day. Geeks N Nerds is now my official computer hospital. These people and so nice and easy to do business with; they even offer to deliver and hookup your pc for free. I definitely recommend them.

Geeks n Nerds have been caring for my computers for a number of years. They are the best! I usually have a couple of laptops and they keep them in tip top condition. I moved to Boise, Idaho last year and have not found anyone to compare. I retired one of my laptops and brought the other one with me to Salem on my vacation. Once again, they restored my computer. It was worth the trip. Dolly and John are very personable and their techs are excellent. I cant say enough good things about them and their service.

Id definitely reccomend Geeks n Nerds! I was having issues with my laptop no longer charging. They were able to tell me what was needed right away. Their price was very reasonable and the best rate for the specific repair. Best of all though was the customer service. They were very friendly and were adamant about calling to update me on the repair and when it would be done. Im very impressed and this will be my first choice for any further computer repairs! Very impressed! My former computer tech retired. Was looking for someone I could feel comfortable with. When the tech arrived, I had that feeling from the get go. Then getting down to my computer problem the tech was very professional. When he left,every wireless tablet, nook, computer, printer, router, and extender were conversing! These guys (and gal) are fantastic! My computer crashed suddenly and needed a new hard drive. They came and picked it up the same day and 3 days later I had it back.
