I purchased a universal power adapter, a media headset with microphone, and a router from this company 2 days ago. Today my Media Headset with microphone broke so I drove from Yorkville to Ukiah to return it. The technician tried to find a replacement but I had purchased the last one. He decided to ask the manager what to do. The manager told me that the only explanation for this problem was that someone must have yanked on the cord. The manager basically called me a liar when I told him I did not pull the cord out incorrectly and break the cord. I am an executive in the Medical Device Field. I would never call a customer a liar or lose a customer for $14 like the rude, and disrespectful manager of this company did today. I was very happy with the Technicians service the other day. I was also very happy with the woman who helped me the other day. But I am not used to being called a liar or receiving the type of poor customer service I received today. Maybe in this industry they have not been taught how much work, effort , and money it takes to develop customer relationships and create loyal customers. I spent over $100 at this business 2 days ago and the "chump" did not want to refund $14. Even if he could not refund the money he could have been more respectful! I was also considering spending another $375 on a used computer at this business! I am returning any item that has not been used as soon as possible. It would take a miracle for me to do business with this company again. I give the company 4 stars for the help I received from the human beings I dealt with the other day, but the "chump" brings the rating down to 1! not what im use to in a tech place. normally I fix my own stuff unless its serious. brought in my laptop once and after hearing one of the tech guys talk about how he is so awesome with computers and I need this and that otherwise my computer is gonna fry I ended up having to go barney mode with him so he could understand the problem with my computer. after all was said and done, the huge bill and week+ waiting I plan on just educating myself on how to fix that problem. rather fix it myself than pay another huge bill (or just not let my friend play on my laptop again lol)

VERY HAPPY with the tech services here. I’ve been here twice in the last two weeks. Once to have my APC surge protector/battery backup diagnosed. (Battery was good, unit was fried.) And the second time to fix my Surface Pro3’s problem with startup and address an “administrative failure” message. Both times the service was swift, accurate, considerate and generous. This team will be my first choice the next time I have a problem.

Respectech was very responsive when my computer started bugging out and I thought I was going to lose everything. They had a technician look at it on the spot and perform a scan to find the root of the problem, which worked! They really are computer doctors!

This place would probably be okay if it wasnt far, far too busy, if the wait time for your computer being repaired wasnt so long, and if they didnt discriminate against service dogs.
