I love this company! Its veteran owned and operated and their slogan is awesome, "Why call a geek when you can call a professional?" I brought my computer in for a clean up, both physically (dust and dirt) and operationally (it was getting slow). Their customer service was exceptional, even with the chaos of bringing 4 kids along with me. They let me know that more memory would be helpful but if I plan on buying a new one soon they would just use it as it is. So they arent trying to push unnecessary sales. When I asked about buying a new computer through them they gave me a price less than what I was looking at on Amazon and Costco. When its time to buy new, I will with out a doubt be buying through them. I can tell them what I will use it for and they can help me find the best computer for my needs. I just got my computer home and its running beautifully. Normally by now the fan would be kicking on and it would be struggling, but not anymore!

Thanks to Summit, I was able to get a new laptop and all data transferred in a timely manner! When I had additional issues, they did not hesitate to make it a priority and get me what I needed. Highly recommend these guys for Mac computer purchases and data transfer!

Chris came out with in two hour and got my office internet back up in just A couple hour. my hole office is set so we have to have internet and we could see what appointment we had or set new ones Thank you Western pacfic roofing
