No return calls. No call to let us know the computer was fixed. Communication is ridiculously absent. In this world you better communicate or you will not get business. This shop is dirty, dust piled on computers and crap on the floor. It looks like a dump inside. They need to walk into their shop and look around then realize the place looks like a bad teenagers bedroom. They fixed my computer. But I wont go back, there are plenty of people to take my computer to that will return calls, let me know when I can pick up my computer when its fixed and pick up a broom and clean their store. If these guys cant even clean their "showroom" it makes me wonder if they are washing their hands after using the bathroom before working on my computer. CLEAN UP YOUR ACT!!!!!

Not only is Saturday my only day off during the week, but it is the only time I can make it to a PC store. I was in urgent need of memory for a workstation I was working on, and the owners son, obviously very young, said they had the memory I needed, yet, he didnt know the cost. He said to call back in a few minutes while he contacted one of the Techs. I did so, and he relayed the Techs message that he needed to look at them before quoting a price, and since he was sick, he wouldnt be in until Tuesday. I will not be going back to this store ever again.

purchased a vidoe splitter cable for $15. Did not need it and returned the item an hour later. Would not refund my money so I might as well have burned the $15 dollars, at least I could have watched it burn rather than get burned by a rip off. Good luck staying in business body. WIth that type of PR you might as well throw in the towel. I will be happy to take my business elswhere. DS

I was in on Thursday to fix my computers video imaging part and one of the main technicians walked over with me to their case and showed me the one that I needed and he told me that all parts bought at the store would be installed for free. I will definitely come back to this store

The young man who assisted me was friendly and helpful. I purchased a hard drive enclosure and another item for a very competitive price. The hardware functioned just fine and I am satisfied. I hope this business stays in business and flourishes here in Junction City.
