Although one of the reviews listed almost turned me away, I tried Reliable Computers out because of the good comments that were left on here. My experience with them was really pretty good. They let me know in advance that their diagnostic was $35 to find the problem, but free if we had them fix the computer. I dropped the computer off in the morning and had a call back later that day with what would fix the problem. They had it fixed in time for me to pick up the computer after I got off work that same day! . . . The staff seemed to be pretty nice and answered all my questions. . . . I would recommend them to my family and friends. Very good service. . . .

I dont usually write online reviews, but wanted to take the time because my experience with Reliable Computers has been so extraordinary. Their response times are amazingly fast, they come out to the house, they follow up to make sure everythings working after the job is done and are very accessible for questions after the repair, should I have any. And, they are far, far more affordable than the Geek Squad. They have my highest recommendation.

I have been using the services of this company since I found them 13 years ago. I would like to say I use them a lot but I dont. I have purchased all my computer equipment from them and I run trouble free day after day. The most comfortable aspect is that if I need them they are a phone call away and the service is prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of their services.

these guys are great... they fixed my computer way faster than a Squad of Geeks in an Electronic Big Box store could even look at it . And For only $20 they checked it out over night called and told me how much it would cost to do the repair.. Great prices and didnt loose any data.Had it back in just a few days

Over sold services and equipment, hardly maintained but charged monthly for it. No server backups running. Next company just shook there heads. Took out all the excess machines. Cut our IT budget in half. Avoid unless you need an over built/slow system that needs lots of I.T. help.
